I had visited All Bar one at Regent street. The ambience and the place was fitting but the food and probable service was a let down. I ordered for a “ vegetarian pad Thai “ it was disappointing it had fish odour to it. This was brought to the attention of the steward and service staff but they did nothing about it the dish was taken away with just a small spoon eaten. There was no apology no replacement or no alternate option provided by the staff. I requested the dish to be taken away and that was all that was done.
If at any other restaurant or diner I would most likely have a replacement or an alternate sorted by the staff.
Overall despite of it being a high standard place it was an unexpected let down and it totally fell short of expectations.

A … Super massive big-huge shout out to managers Emily and Remee , who provided excessively compassionate service, and a level of professionalism seldom seen in British - much less London - hospitality venues nowadays!

Owing to my mistake whilst using the App, I nearly lost my order of food and drink, but Emily and Renew saved my night. As such my brother and I enjoyed a great meal, in clean and friendly surroundings; one could not ask for more.

Tried All Bar One Trafford Centre. Had a delicious well presented lunch. But the experience was certainly helped by Amy and Alex. Their customer service was second to none. Amy greeted us with a lovely welcoming smile and was so approachable. Food and drinks were served quickly and professionally by Alex who was most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for both girls. Please be assured they are a credit to your company. Customer service 110% . Lovely relaxing lunch in a very ambient setting.

We went to All Bar One in Waterloo on Sunday (17 Dec 2023). It was the worst restuarant experience I have ever had. First they were struggling with eggs and used that as the excuse why there was such a delay. Than after an hour, we are told there is no French toast, even though there are a number of other people we could see that was being served French toast. How it takes an hour to tell the customer this, is beyond me. For my 6 year old son, we had to insist they please bring his food now, as we have been waiting so long. Eventually they bring two burnt sausages. We demanded a refund and the waitress couldn't seem to care less about their terrible customer service. What an awful establishment. Very slow, pathetic service and they couldn't care less about their customers. Stay clear.

Amazing cocktail masterclass with Joe!! Had a fab time, he showed us cocktails with his expertise and precision. Such a good laugh! 10/10 recommend

Shout out to AllBarOne New Street for fantastic assistance when booking my work's Christmas party....they were fab and everyone had a great time.

What can we say? This place has a genuinely warm, comfortable, relaxed vibe.

We have tried the Pitcher & Piano and Las Iguanas nearby, and sure; we enjoyed them. But this All Bar One is worlds apart, not only in terms of ambience, but also in terms of food and great levels of staff friendliness, attentiveness and professionalism. Customer service excellence.! We have returned and we will continue to do so.

I went to All Bar One Southampton for a friend’s birthday.

It was difficult to tell who was the target clientele. Was it a club? Clearly not. No one was up and dancing. Was it a place for people to enjoy conversations over a meal? Clearly not that either, as the music was WAY TOO LOUD! I was getting a sore throat trying to talk to the person immediately next to me!

The food was decent, but the wine, at least, was way overpriced.

I shan’t be going back.

Visited Birmingham Brindley Place yesterday with friends.
I ordered a Maki Bowl - never been served with such a dry, tasteless and overcooked dish of food.
The chicken was like rubber, avacado unripe, the sticky rice was more like clumps of glue.
Overpriced and disappointing. Will not be eating at All Bar One again.
I’m requesting a refund please - it was that bad.

Made an impromptu visit to Trafford Centre for drinks and food and rather than use the annoying app was served by the amazing Sheldon! Nothing was too much trouble for him, so attentive and friendly - was fab! Really made our night 5 stars ⭐️

I don’t usually review but two of the most bland meals served stone cold, nachos and tacos, and totally underwhelming bar service. This was just a mistake. Looks good from outside

15 minutes to serve up luke warm coffee at the Norwich branch of All Bar One.

Joe the barman at Cannon Street allowed me to leave my suitcase behind the bar, so I could go to an exhibition at the Tate Modern. Much appreciated.

Today we had a fantastic bottomless brunch and Emily our server was fantastic and super attentive. Thank you Emily for great service

Excellent standard of trading from Grace & Ruben and the rest of the team in the London Eye based ALL-BAR-ONE. From wonderful food to outstanding drinks selection and not too pricey for central London. Would recommend to anyone.

Booked a table at York Town Centre and turned up and had to wait for 5 minutes to be told sit anywhere as its empty as two members of staff were busy on their mobile phones while we stood at entrance, sat down and waited 20 minutes to be served or least asked if we'd like a drink but nobody came to ask so we walked out and was thanked for coming 😆

Today's visit to all bar one in Covent garden / Bedford Street. .
Ordered food and drinks. Then noticed two tipsy loud young girls sitting close by . Not what I would expect while having a spot of lunch with my partner. To make things worse the drinks waitor decided to spend 10 minutes chatting with them . Then deliver our coffee and said sorry it might be a little cold. I use this place every time I visit Covent Garden. My last I think.
Very poor customer service. I should have said something but did not need to agro on what is a fantastic trip to London. The girls must be regulars as everyone seemed to know them .

Had an absolutely amazing time at cocktail making class today Sam was amazing and we had such an amazing time. Highly recommend!
