Allcott Associates Avaliações

Quick to respond, came when they said they would, answered my questions and the report was sent quicker than they initially said it would be sent which was great. They were also good value for a thorough report.

Report was well organized and easy to read including an overview of the estimated repair costs.
Follow up questions were quickly responded

Fantastic experience with Allcott Associates. Professional service for a very reasonable price. The survey was completed on schedule and the detailed report was issued promptly.

What really stood out was how informative they were throughout the process. The final report was clear, detailed, and easy to understand.

Highly recommended!

Very professional service. Genuine, friendly and helpful. Provided me with information in a clear and precise manner, enabling me to then make an informed choice on the level of survey that I required. Highly recommended!

The team were professional all the way through from first contacting them. The price was good compared to other quotes I had and everything was clearly explained during the visit and in the report. I will definitely be using them again

Both the survey being carried out and the report being issued were done extremely promptly which was really helpful to me as I had a tight timescale to work to. However there was no indication from the report that anything had been rushed - the report was clear and detailed. I had a few questions about the report and these were also answered extremely well.

Friendly and knowledgeable initial contact. Offered advise with no financial benefit which was refreshing and appreciated. I chose to take a survey after learning more and this was conducted promptly and professionally.

Highly recommend

Great service and excellent communication throughout. The survey report was issued on time and was very detailed and clearly formatted

Prompt responses, clearly defined report and excellent advice

Really friendly and professional people, right from first contact up to the final report. Would definitely use again in the future.

The team at Allcots were great, from
Booking in and giving me some advice on what I needed through to the final report. the surveyor who came out to us was thorough, detailed, explained things in plain English and made sure I was fully aware of everything that was going in the report and explained how they rated the reports. They were also sensitive to the situation and that was greatly appreciated. It was a painless process and really good value for money, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again, thanks team!

Very professional. Report was very thorough

I chose Allcott Associates to arrange a Level 3 survey on an older property. The reviews I read stated I would receive a survey which was easy to understand with indications of any maintenance needed and further recommendations. The reviews were spot on. MR Paul Cunniff provided me with an in-depth survey - he covered all the questions I had sent beforehand and the survey was indeed easy to understand and very helpful, detailing recommendations of issues to complete in the immediate term and useful advice on how to maintain the property going forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Allcott to anyone looking for an honest, easy to understand survey.

Allcott Associates were great in every respect. Communication via email and phone was excellent. They answered my queries instantly. They organised the survey in a timely way. The report was extremely helpful and comprehensive. All good. I would recommend Allcott Associates to others. Our son recommended them to us so he was happy too with the service they provided with his house survey in 2024.

Confidence to buy

A thoroughly professional service.

The report was supplied promptly and was clear to understand with indicative costs supplied for any necessary remedial works.

There were a couple of items I had cause to request additional information, and this was dealt with in an efficient and personal manner.

The service provided left me feeling confident to proceed with the purchase.

I would certainly recommend Allcott Associates to anyone making a substantial investment in property and I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again should the need arise.

Arrived ontime, explained everything clearly, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. My plan arrived via email in the timeframe set, all in all a great service

Survey was detailed, one small area of confusion, quickly resolved with phone call. Message was left, call back was with a couple of hours. Can't fault service, will use them again should the need arise. Frustrating to have to wait for the survey to be written up, fully understand why it takes a while having read through it. Picked up all I had noticed and a number of areas I hadn't. Very thorough.

Allcott were great surveyors. We contacted a few surveyors initially, but many of them didn't even bother to reply. Allcott were very prompt in their communication, and also organised a survey very quickly. We are first-time buyers with a lot to learn, but on the whole we found the report easy to understand and useful, and again they were very quick. We would definitely recommend Allcott!

Great communication and responsiveness up to the day of the survey.

Extremely thorough survey, that highlighted all potential areas of consideration. Even the owner themselves commented on how thorough Jason was during his visit.
