Very fast shipping item just as described

This website seems borderline scam to me. I ordered some security latches online and the only reason that I paid more to go with this site is because the ship date was 2 weeks faster than my normal supplier and I needed them in a hurry. It has now been 2 months after the original delivery date and again the parts continue to push. I want and need to cancel but am stuck because if i have to order them from a different supplier I will have a 3-4 week impact and they keep telling me 2 more weeks every time I email to complain. And it is all email because I cannot find a number to call and all the communications come from a vision Ecom LLC email address not even alldataresources. This place has been one of the worst experience I have been a part of in a long time, plainly they have just been terrible to work with.

Excellent customer service. Had to make a return, they accepted and refunded me immediately. Highly recommended.

Charged $11.24 for shipping a couple ethernet cable connectors. Delivery took a week or so longer than it should have. The high shipping fee I knew about upfront. The slow shipping? That was an extra annoyance.

Item was as described and shipped very quickly. Arrived in perfect condition.

Unfortunately, this has been an unreliable place to order from. They don't have phone support, so you are unable to speak to anyone when issues arise, and their email support is not helpful. The response is always, "we will check on it and get back to you," which they never do. We have been waiting on equipment for a couple of months, and they won't respond with updates or issue a refund. I have since had to order the same equipment elsewhere to complete the job and it showed up in 3 days. I would look elsewhere for equipment.

I placed an order on urgent basis yesterday and on the website it stated that my order will be shipped out and tracking number will be shared soon. As of now my order still shows processing. I have been reaching out to sales email address on their website and the only responses I have gotten as of now is that "we are currently taking a look at it". I dont know if I have been scammed but it's hard to believe that they cannot figure out the shipping and delivery timeline on their end.

This is the worst company we have ever ordered from. I ordered material (120 C Brackets)for a job. The site stated the brackets are 2 day shipping. I ordered on the 20th of the month at 8 am. We have not received our order today is the 27th. I get it, it happens. I called customer service multiple times. No one answers and you have to leave a message. They have not returned my phone calls. I have emailed the customer/sales email asking for tracking for at least four days now. Their only response:1) Hello, I am currently checking on this and will get back to you as soon as possible. 2) I apologize for the delay and I will forward this tracking information to you as soon as possible. It has been 7 days and we still have no information. They give me the same response and do not answer the phone.
