I was disappointed that my order took too long to ship. I had to email to find out my order status. Come to find out, it was never sent to shipping

Great customer service, I emailed customer service to find out why I was being charged regular price instead of the discount price online and gladly was reimbursed the discount offered online. My order(s) all arrived in time, exactly what I'd read in the description of each product I purchased and shipping was delivery on time as they marked on the emails after placing my order(s). Overall, I'm truly satisfied and I'll come back as one of my priority sellers for my future needs in video surveillance.

After my Elk RP1 system started reporting low battery status I started my search for a trustable company selling replacement batteries for this system when I found alldataresource.com. I read several reviews and was happy with the companies view from other customer perspectives and with the price being very acceptable, I went ahead with the purchase. It was shipped out within a day and arrived shortly thereafter. I’ve installed it in my system and it is working perfectly. Packaging was great and I would definitely purchase from this company again.

They got the name on my review wrong it's Linda not Lonnie. I'm stuck with a smart door chime that I bought supposably for $49.00 but was charged $70.00, I tried to return it but I could never get in touch with them, I tried calling,texting and nothing. I guess they were waiting until the time was up for retuning the merchandise. When i ordered everything was good except for the price change so now I'm out of $70.00 and equipment that I can't use.

Because of this bad experience I wrote AllDataResource to inquire how soon my order would be shipped. Received a reply right away and they followed through as stated by shipping a day later and had my order three days after I placed it. Very satisfied with the efficient service I received.
