The worst insurance company ever
The worst insurance company ever! I bought travel+ phone insurance via Lloyds bank app for £12.50/ month + additional club lloyds fee. I missed my flight and had to book a new flight from Paris to London. Even after providing all the information about missing flight the reps at Allianz global assistance kept delaying the claim asking for same information again and again and literally taking ages to reply. Im still dealing with my travel insurance claim from last year September 2025 and still Allianz global assistance is just not replying or if they reply they ask the same questions that were already answered in previous emails. I bought travel insurance for peace of mind but turned out viseversa. Avoid buying this insurance at all costs..
