Très mauvaise expérience. J’ai acheté un véhicule neuf chez cette société spécialisée dans les transformations TPMR pour transport de fauteuils roulants, et dès le début j’ai rencontré énormément de problèmes électriques.
Le véhicule ne démarrait plus, les essuie-glaces ne fonctionnaient pas, les clignotants non plus, ainsi que le klaxon. Pour un véhicule vendu neuf et censé être professionnel et fiable, c’est totalement inadmissible.
Très déçu par la qualité du travail et par les nombreux dysfonctionnements rencontrés dès l’achat. Je ne recommande pas cette société.

With texts, emails and phone calls Allied Mobility kept us updated throughout. When the delivery was to be booked the asked if it was suitable day for us and that we had received the paperwork needed.
This is the third vehicle we have had from Allied Mobility and each time the service has been wonderful.

You have all been great.

Everyone that I dealt with was so kind & helpful. They took their time to explain everything to you & would go over it again if you weren't sure about something. You never felt rushed into anything. The fact that they come to your house to deal with everything makes such a difference. It makes you feel more at ease. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The preorder system was good. Straightforward & helpful.
However, I found the delivery & follow up not so good. I would have preferred the person who has demonstrated & knew, to have come. My support staff & I have found it difficult to fully appreciate the correct procedure for the winch, restraining straps etc

Delivery driver was on time, but didnt get out of car to knock front door.Instead phoned on his mobile. Didn't demonstrate or explain anything apart from seat levers and not to close the rear door by the bumper or handle ... but too stand at side and close it that way.
Explained that winch system was exact same as in my old WAV.... so didnt do show anything of it'd operating features.

Rather a long wait. Very helpful delivery man (Steve).
Disappointingly our wheelchair was not delivered with the car and so my wife still has not been able to get out in her new car.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Demonstrator Des could not have been more helpful. Delivered early then expected. Customer service was great. Would recommend this company

Lovely kind people at Allied. So helpful. The gentleman that gave the demonstration was very informative. Lucien who delivered the vehicle was very polite and very patient. Cannot fault Allied at all.

The process to order the car was clearly explained by the agent. We were kept informed of the progress of the order. On the day of delivery the driver, Andy, made contact and confirmed when the car would be delivered to my home. Andy fully explained the controls and answered all questions he was asked. He was very helpful and polite.

Great, friendly staff. Nothing was too much. Andy showed me everything and made sure I understood. Nice guy, as was the man taking him home.
