The poster is in poor condition and the frame and I have no way of knowing how to return or receive a credit as it’s been several
Months . I would love to figure out how to talk to someone to see if they can assist me as I do like this company and my sister orders from them often

I had to pay for expedited shipping and it’s been 5 days since the original estimated delivery date & the tracking still hasn’t been updated meaning it still hasn’t shipped out.

Poster arrived quickly, but the packaging could have been more efficient, as it's slightly damaged in one corner

The colors are very dull, not nearly as vibrant as shown on the website. Very disappointing.

I have used AllPosters for years.The posters are always shipped and arrived in good condition. My only disappointment was the smaller assortment of Vintage posters. I was looking for some of my old favorites for the new house and could not find them. On a positive side, the selection of sizes is great!
