The whole team were incredibly helpful. From the office staff who assured me they would be able to get someone out to me asap to Kev who arrived within 30 minutes and got me to my destination no problem along with providing really helpful advice on what to do next. Really appreciate it guys, thank you!

This company was super fast and attended within the hour to recover my car to my chosen garage. The driver, Kev, was dressed in a company logo polo shirt and was polite, easy going and professional with a cheerful disposition, which reduced my stress levels. Their truck was well maintained too so I was happy to entrust my car to them. The money transaction was managed well and I was fully communicated with throughout the whole event by phone and text. Thank you very much for a smooth operation.

After my daughters car broke down early hours this morning we rushed to her aid, my husband took her to the airport and I stayed with the car ( snapped clutch) the RAC were useless, so we called allsussexrecovery after a Google search.
Bearing in mind we rang at 6.30 am, the chap on the phone was super kind and helpful.
The car was collected and dropped back to my daughter’s house without issues.
I was kept well informed from the moment I hung up. I was messaged when the driver was 10 min away, I was sent photos when the car was loaded, and when the car reached home. I cannot fault this company, polite, kind and helpful.
I would recommend them to anyone.

Had to use this company today following a problem with a garage and our vehicle. Took longer for them to arrive than they saif when calling was told they were 15 mins away but that wasn’t the case.
Was then charged an astronomical amount of money for the vehicle to be towed 1/4 of mile.
Would never use them again.

I had a pre-booked appointment with them and they still managed to be 3 hours late. Every time I called they said they were 15-20 mins away so I kept waiting and waiting. I had actually given up and started to book another company when they finally arrived.

Very limited communication throughout the process so I hardly knew what was going on at all. They then increased the price I was quoted even though they were so incredibly late. Really unimpressed and will not be using them again.

All sorted as planned . No bigger issues .. driver was two hours late but he did stay in contact thru all this time with me and i have to give him some cretit as he said he was up since 5am and he was knackered so kudos for helping ... price could be abit lower but i suppose it is what it is . On the end of a day they provided me with a service that i did expected.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this company. They came within the hour, helped me get to a charger, when that didn't go as planned they stayed with me helping me find solutions to the varying degrees of issues I was facing with my car. They took me to a second charger and helped me again with a jump start. They couldn't have been more calm and understanding in a really difficult situation for me. Decent humans!

Top Quality Service provided for our recovery of a 3.5T Luton box van. Quick and Effecient. Ali was very helpful, making sure we had everything we needed after being stranded. Would recommend to anyone, great service.

From start to finish absolutely fantastic service. I called them and they were with me in 30 minutes to recover my vehicle. What a fantastic company. The technician that came out was delightful. And really saved my day. My mercedes Vito van was stuck in the mud as being a rear wheel drive van I completely got beeched in. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone. WAS TOLD TWO DIFFERENT PRICES ON THE THE PHONE AND THEN CHARGED A DIFFERENT PRICE BY THE RECOVERY GUY! HAVE ASKED THEM FOR A RECEIPT SO I CAN CLAIM BACK FROM THE GARAGE I BROUGHT THE CAR FROM . AND THEY HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME OR THEY HAVEN'T GOT BASIC SKILLS TO SEND A RECEIPT.. WOULDNT USE THEM AGAIN WAS TOLD WITHIN AN HOUR AND WAITED NEARLY 2HOURS ....

I cannot praise this company enough for the level of service I received from the start to the end,I was kept up to date with progress including a picture of my car on the lorry and a phone call from them when my car arrived at the garage. The people I spoke with were polite and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a car recovered, within 2 hours of calling them my car was picked up and on its way. I am one very happy customer, thank you.

Broke down on Reigate hill .. nightmare! Kindly stopped and helped me understand how to start mini with battery fail in key fob.

Their service was efficient, polite and treasonable priced. Their equipment and truck was clean and in excellent condition - would definitely recommend.

I broke down alone on the A27 which was a very scary experience.
I found all Sussex recovery online and quickly rang them. I was told on the phone that they would be with me in under an hour. Whilst on the phone they asked for payment but as I did not have any form of payment on me I asked if I could sort this once we had reached the destination.
Way over an hour passed and there was no sign of the recovery vehicle so I phoned the company again who told me that they were 10 minutes away. Another 30 minutes passed and they still weren’t with me. Again I phoned all Sussex recovery and was told the same thing, which was very frustrating! In total I was waiting for nearly 2 and a half hours.
Once the recovery truck had arrived, the gentleman driving (I believe his name was Al) quickly disposed of a large McDonalds bag... seems that he may of had a quick stop before coming to me?…may explain why he was SO long getting to me.. no explanation from Al was given.
Once my car was on the recovery vehicle, we then made our way to the destination. On multiple occasions whilst driving, Al was driving whilst on his phone!! This made me feel very on edge and not very safe at all!
When we were a short distance away from the destination, the fuel light on the vehicle came on and I was told from Al that he needed to get fuel before dropping me off to the destination.

Whilst Al was driving and on his phone, he gave me a quote which was a ridiculous amount of money for the journey that we had made! The quote was £395. For around a 20 minute journey. Al had my car keys in his pocket and told me “once the payment is completed you can have your car key”. So I felt as though my hands were tied and I had no choice but to pay the £395.
I have since spoken to a few recovery companies who have told me that this price really is ridiculous, one commenting “wow, that really is a joke” When I told them.
I really do feel that I was completely ripped off from this company as I was a ‘young girl on my own’.
PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT use this company!

massive lesson learnt - one, get a quote before setting off! As I was alone and this was my first experience of breaking down, I did not think of this in the panic that I was in. Two, have reliable recovery breakdown!!

DO NOT USE !!!!! SCAMMED us out of £395 to tow our car from shoreham on the A27 by the Tunnel to Brighton I was with my daughter who had broken down took advantage of us as we were on our own all he done was put our car on the truck only strapped 2 wheels to truck and was constantly on his phone while driving and steering with his knees 1 star is still to much DO NOT USE !!!!!
