I thought I had found the cassette I was looking for on this supplier’s website so I contacted them. Turned out I was looking at the wrong one but I received very good advice and subsequently bought the correct parts. If you’re reading this All Terrain I fîtted the bits this morning and all is well!

Great online service. Joe is very helpful and professional, picked up the bike and had a detailed explanation of how to care for it. Disappointing they don't price match like the website says. The store is great, well worth a visit.

Bought a bike as a Christmas present with next day delivery. Almost 3 weeks of failed deliveries and "sorry, there is nothing we can do" responses the bike was not delivered for Christmas. When it came on the 27th it was damaged with a gashed stem and headset.

Absolutely no responsibility taken by the company over the situation. I took a day off work for delivery and spend countless hours waiting at home for a bike that was never put in a lorry. About 50 phonecalls to them/the courier.
They did refund my next day delivery charge. Sadly, I had to show a pic of the bike on Christmas morning.

Avoid!! I won't be using again.

Don't try and return an item. Very unhelpful and costly.

Ordered a bike because it was the best price I could find online. Joe was very helpful regarding cycle to work scheme. He was prompt in replying to all my questions and I got the bike within a week. Ver happy with the experience.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. The cheapest there and always ready to help, a combination so hard to find in these days. Definitely bussines worth supporting! Thank you Joe.
