Great service and brilliant quality of furniture and at an excellent price. One star missing for - original items i wanted were not in stock so I ordered alternatives and I hoped the delivery man would have unpacked and taken the packing away.

The furniture is of excellence quality and the service was excellent. Delivery was faster than expected. Certainly value for money.😁

Very pleased with the item, and the service overall. We visited the store to view an item , met helpful knowledgable staff, we the ordered online when we were ready which was very efficient, and had excellent communication all the way though the process from ordering to delivery.

I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY 5 STARS IF THEY COULD FIND A WAY OF DELIVERING THERE LOVELY REASONABLE PRODUCTS BY A MORE REASONABLE METHOD WITHOUT THE VERY HIGH DELIVERY CHARGE. IF I HAD CONTINUED WITH MY PURCHASE OF THE GOODS I WANTED TO RECEIVE THE CARRIGE CHARGE WAS 3 TIMES THE COST OF MY PURCHASED GOODS. I HAD TO CANCEL THESE GOODS BUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVED WAS SECOND TO NONE THANK YOU

I purchased two sets of solid oak bedroom furniture.All the furniture was delivered promptly and the communication from Allwood kept me upto date & fully informed on all counts.
When I informed there was a decolouration on one of the drawer fronts Allwood were very helpful & again with great communications a replacement drawer was soon delivered.
Very polite & professional staff.
I highly recommend Allwood & definitely recommend anyone else use them.

We chose a product from Allwood because it seemed the best available value for money. They delivered it, by arrangement, in the early evening three days later (this short time may have been because we live only about 10 miles away - the website said 2-3 weeks). The delivery guy carried the packs upstairs into the room we requested - one of the packs was so heavy I couldn't even lift it off the ground. I have to say the assembly instructions were extremely difficult to follow: you may be familiar with those questions in IQ tests which require you to mentally reorientate structures in 3-D space - the instructions required a lot of that. At one point I had to phone Allwood to explain something and they were very helpful. They did say they could come and do the assembly if required, and quoted a very reasonable price for this, but they clearly preferred us to complete it if possible, which with their advice we were able to do.
It took us (mostly me) about nine hours' work, over several days, to do the assembly. The instructions suggested two and a half hours: I think this would only be possible if you had done several of the same products already! The instructions are of course written by the manufacturers, so Allwood are not directly responsible for them.

After searching long and hard to find the table we wanted. Allwood was the company that gave it to us at a fair price and exactly when they said they would deliver. I paid upfront with no problems whatsoever. In and out of the showroom in 30mins. Table at my house 4 weeks later.

From the initial enquiry, through to the delivery and assembly (upstairs) I was totally impressed and satisfied with all aspects of the service I received.

PS Did one of the delivery lads pick up a B&Q measuring tape by mistake ? If so, I hope it serves you well, no need to send it back, it was only a cheap thing.

The effort spent on ensuring the cabinet would not get damaged during transit was great to see. At last someone who recognises the importance of quality throughout the complete process such that a good quality product arrived in the same condition it left the showroom. I would have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for the delivery company not delivering it the evening they said they would and then leaving it on the doorstop sometime the next morning for us to find as we returned home...if it had been raining they would have ruined all the work done by Allwoodfurniture, lucky...
