Delivery of car was on time but arrived filthy with mats slung in boot all of which need throwing, after reading all these reviews online will be taking the car to two local garages in my village for checking. You do have 30 days to lodge any complaints. I shall be going through everything it should be very interesting

Another car bought from the guys at Alpha motors today who looked after us from start to finnish. Had so many vehicles from the lads at Alpha and will buy many more in the future. The most honest people you wish to do business with.

I have had an unfortunate experience with Alpha Motors and I’m writing this review to warn all potential customers to please fully check over your vehicles and paperwork (ie online gov website for mot history etc) before the 30 day period runs out where you can hand the car back for a full refund.
I bought a Mercedes’ c class in December 2021 and was very pleased with the service I initially received, very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Lee who was and is very friendly and I don’t blame him for anything. Only the actual company who I believe do not care about the vehicles they sell at all. The engine light come on within the first week to which I took it back into alpha where the light was switched off and I was sent on my way and told it was just a sensor. It come on again within a week or so and I took it back once again. They told me I was low on fuel and it had knocked a sensor and I was sent on my way. Of course the engine light come on again and this time I was furious. I took it back and contacted my finance company who got in contact with Alpha and surprisingly alpha finally did some work on the car. I got it back but it was still having issues (extremely smoky exhaust, trouble starting etc) I took it to my own personal garage to have it looked over to which he discovered the car had the wrong engine! The serial number on the engine did not match the serial number on my logbook! I also discovered the tyre had wires exposed. This car had apparently passed its MOT and been fully checked before being sold. I further discovered the mileage had been clocked back when I did my HPI check/mot history. I trusted Alpha and therefore didn’t do my own HPI check which I definitely regret now. How alpha could sell a vehicle like this is beyond me and I would be seriously petrified to purchase another from them. I luckily got a full refund from my finance company but I doubt that would have been the case if I didn’t have my finance company looking after me. When trying to liaise with Alpha when I first started having issues (before the wrong engine was discovered) they knocked £1000 off the vehicle price if I was to return it to them which I refused. PLEASE check over your vehicles and documents before the 30 period runs out where you can return for a full refund.

My instructor, Mr Traykov, was professional, helpful, polite, courteous and very knowledgable.
I would thoroughly recommend him and this company to anyone looking to complete their CBT.

I was very disappointed with Alpha Lease. After reading the positive reviews online, I decided to lease a car with them which was the biggest mistake I have made. I ordered a car back in July 2021 and was promised a car in October 2021. This deal was made with Evan. However, 2 weeks before I was about to receive my car I got told that its been delayed to November. I then got told in November its delayed till April 2022. I was now communicated by Martin and he told me he will look for an alternative but he could not find anything. Everytime I rang in to ask for him, he was always out of the office or busy on another line. He did not ring me back or let me know what stage we were at. In December 2021 I received an email from Vicky that your car will be delivered on the 30th April. I then got told in February that its been delayed again to June. I was so disappointed in the fake dates that Alpha Lease was giving me and I did not expect this from them at all being a professional business. Not only the service was disappointing but the account manager Vicky was very rude and very unprofessional towards me. She was rude and made me feel as though I did not know anything about the car industry and that I should just keep waiting for the car because I won't find it elsewhere. I finally came to a conclusion that I wanted to cancel my order. I now went with another leasing company for the exact same car and they managed to meet my requirements and I received the car within two weeks with a brand new plate!

1st experience buying a car from alpha motor .I bought my dream car an alfa romeo giulia quadrifoglio. And the dream continues My 11th alfa as for alfa motors recomend 100 percent from start to finish great dealership

I can't recommend Alpha Motors enough. Lee and the team were absolutely brilliant. They went above and beyond, meaning we could drive away in our gorgeous new car on the same day. We drove 2 hours to get to them, and they made the experience so easy for us from start to finish. I would definitely go back in the future. Thank you again Lee and the Alpha Motors team, we love our new car.

Excellent experience from start to finish purchasing my Mustang. Lee was very helpful, there were a few small issues with the car which Alpha sorted for me very quickly as well as a manufacturing issue with a rusty bonnet which Lee ensured Ford fixed for free. I would highly recommend this garage for the ease of purchase, customer service and excellent after sales service.

I recently purchased a New vehicle from Alpha Motors, Wigan and found the whole experience to be absolutely first class. I found Graham the Managing Director to be genuine, interested and completely knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was purchasing. He took the time to go through all of the documentation with me and he also arranged the transfer of my personal registration. The whole experience of buying the vehicle was made so easy when dealing with such an experienced practitioner who has an extensive knowledge of the motoring industry. I purchase a car from Alpha motors and the process was very well handled from start to finish.
I then had a problem with the air con and Graham organised for me to drop the car back in to them and take a courtesy car until the job was complete. 6 weeks later the car had the same problem again a courtesy car was organised new part were fitted and I was kept informed at all times. I can not speak highly enough of Graham and his staff who were all helpful and polite.

Returned today to collect my third car from Alpha Motors. The customer experience here is second to none, from start to finish is an absolute breeze. The team ensure your experience is impeccable. Hats of to the salesman Lee who has been beyond helpful, and to the valeting team for the showroom standard finish! Very happy customer, thank you.

I've had the unfortunate experience with alpha motors which has left me feeling angry and upset. I purchased an a7 via bank transfer only to discover it had an fault with the gearbox /flywheel plus a timing chain rattle and too top it off it must of been in some kind of accident as the whole front end had been repainted and wasn't a 100% Match . I complained only to fobbed off at first via calls and emails .
Once I said I didn't want the car and required a full refund ( consumer act 2015) they found the issue! At this point I didn't what the car nor want a repair.

After a lengthy fight via email he offered a sum which was nearly £1300 less than I payed of course I used the car and felt like was been put off past the 29days limit of receiving any moneys back.
In the end I accepted almost a £1000 off the car plus costs of travel back and forth to resolve.

This company is quick to take your moneys so buyer beware ..

Terrible place, got a car on finance last yr and broke down after 2 months, they told me it only had 2 months warranty when I rang them, since then the car as broken down another 4 times with the same fault, unknown fault, spoken to my fiance company who spoken to them but as per usual they manage to get out of it, so I'm left with £12000 dept with a car that breaks down every few months. Also when purchased the car they took me in tondo all paper work etc and didn't even have time to look at the car. And finally they put it through its MOT when I bought it but had to go in for repair within the week for drop links which should of been a MOT fail

Just to add, you replied within 30 minutes of opening to my review and I sent the email with the info you asked for straight away (2 days ago) and still no reply. Making it out that it's me and not yourselves on ere (saying no contact etc) I have all emails from the finance company stating they contacted you.

Fantastic service , previously bought 2 vehicles from here , will definitely return again for my next car . If you tell them what car your looking for , they will try their best to accommodate what your looking for . Lovely staff , not pushy and very helpful . Would highly recommend this garage ,
