Alhumdulah I sent my son who is in year 10 to this school! My son was always getting into trouble at his government school by teachers and most of the time it was because they didn't like him! He's a good boy but when you get picked on by teachers that can all change! So I took the initiative to change his school but everywhere I tried said No because he was in GCSE stage and they have different courses and he would not be able to catch up in time for the exam! By the way I was only looking in Islamic schools! I want the best for my son so I admitted him into al-rushed school and it's been 3 months now and I can say genuinely Alhumdulah it was one of the best decisions I made for him! He's concerntrating, focusing on all his lessons and most of all he's genuinely wanting to learn and pass his GCSE with passion! for a mother to see that, there's just no words that can explain how happy I am! Because I can't lie I was concerned weather I was making the right decision as he was in last years at school and weather he was going to be happy in online school or not plus the extra financial pressure but I guess you have to take the risk for their happiness! Because let's be real now at this age they really don't know what right for them! I hope my journey can be of any help to anyone who's in the same place I was!

My daughter has never been happier. She is getting better and better in her education. This is her second year in Al Rushd. She loves her teachers and really enjoys her classes. She really enjoys her Tarbiyah class on Friday too.

Al-Rushd is a fantastic institute that provides a high standard of education. My daughter feels well supported and is content with the quality of lessons. The school is highly professional in
maintaining communication with parents, and they strive to take on feedback given by parents.

My daughter started with Al Rushd this year,she is happy she like it Alhamdulillah. I personally like the way you start the lesson (form class) you encourage them remind them as Muslim their behaviour,their relationship with their parents prepare them for the lessons👍.
One remark about Maths,English and SCIENCE could you rise the level and encourage clever kids more specifically Maths I noticed year 8 work is very easy compared to what other schools do in year 8 maths .
Last time they had assessment but we did not receive any reports about our kids levels and what they should achieve in the next term! Involve the kids more to speak during the lesson specially English! I appreciate your hard work jazak Allah khairen👍👍👍👍

This review was dictated by my son, who has been studying here since start of Y7. His experience has been marvelous. Teachers make lessons intriguing and engaging. The homeworks help you better understand the topic you are on, and the healthy competition between peers helps boost classroom atmosphere and learning experience. But what is the cornerstone of Al-Rushd Academy is the excellent education delivered at the comfort of your own home.

Alhumdulilah my daughter is in year 11 and i must say that she is improved a lot and i am satisfied with the environment as well ,staff is helpful and responsive .

Its a great school for children to learn. Staff is very friendly and student development is their proirty. My duagter joined the school in year 8 and has shown a 180° in self confidence and improvement. I would heavily recommend this school.

My child started Al Rushd Independent School since September. I have seen such a difference with my son’s learning and him becoming confident in himself.
The teachers not only teach them core subjects but also discipline. They teach them to respect their elders and encourage them to learn peacefully with others. It’s only been a few months but I can say this is the right school for my son as we have had problems with other online schools.

May Allah reward the efforts of the Team @ Al Rushd Independent School to provide families the chance to homeschool our kids and keep up the education of our faith which is very important for the young children,our experience has been great and we would definitely recommend this school for anyone looking to homeschool their children.

Mashallah such a great school. We thought it would be hard for our son to get used to it as it such a different environment from a normal school. Mashallah he really fit in well and enjoys it. The classes are very fun and teachers push students to its best. Also the best thing is that every morning the students start with a Quran lesson which is very good mashallah. It makes our kids get close to their deen.

My two children, in Years 3 and 10, study at Al Rushd Islamic schools. Frankly speaking, while Islamic education is their focus, it is not the sole reason for choosing Al Rushd. Their principles extend well beyond religious instruction, cultivating growth in all aspects of life. The teachers (Ustad and Ustadahs) are profoundly dedicated, imparting knowledge to the best of their abilities - which is truly remarkable. We wish continued success for Al Rushd in supporting students so devotedly.

Alhamdulilah for the opportunity to have a school and education in the comfort of our own homes. Al-Rushd emphasises the deen and the Akhlaq of our children above else, ensuring they have a safe environment where they can feel confident and secure in their deen as well as their worldly affairs.

Academically, my son enjoys joining his lessons and takes great pride in providing work that the teachers will be happy with. He is engaged and takes part in the online lessons and teachers work hard to make their students feel inclusive and included by choosing different students to answer the questions and they encourage the students to take active part and clearly set out expectations.

In terms of further developing and continuing to make the school a great success, I would say that it will need to focus gaining some parental involvement as children can often find a gap to misbehave and not do what they are supposed to be doing when there is a lack of parent-school communication that is instant and effective. I know parents can access the student’s portals and will get instant reply from the teachers, but it would be helpful to have a parental form or portal to communicate directly to the teachers and where regular updates are provided in terms of topics covered in class, what is expected e.g homework and things to expect in the following week etc. This will allow parents to keep up with their children and hold them accountable for what they have or have not done.
Finally, I would like to say a huge Jazakallahu khair to everyone at Al-Rushd, because it has provided me with the opportunity to gain access to a good quality education within the comforts of my house. This is definitely suitable for my circumstance right now and can not thank you all enough for all the hard work you put into making a difference in children’s and their families’ lives. May Allah put barakah into your work and reward you all immensely in this dunya and akhira. Allahuma ameen 🤲

My kids has been studying online for years now. unfortunately the past few years has not been great.
So we decided to move the kids to AL Rushd academy,
And quiet frankly it was the best move.
kids are happy, the teaching is much better and the management is always looking to make things better. Any issues they are straight on the case.

2 of my children joined Al rushd a year ago and they loved studying with them and had great experience. From this year I have enrolled my third child. Alhamdulillah all my children learning and achieving great results because of Al rushd. Its a great way of studying from home with safe and comfortable enviroment for the children. I am very happy with the school education system and I appreciate all the hardwork from all the member of staffs.
