I am trying to place an order
I am trying to place an order. Left a message with customer service because you can't get a live person. They say for a quick response email or chat. I sent a chat. It has been going on 3 hours with no response. I called the local store and they can't help and said they have been given no training on how to respond or help with an online question. They are have a program to sign up for where you get free shipping and a few other perks but when ordering online it never works. Only in the store. I am so disappointed this lack of service. It is a busy season. You should be prepared for it.

Altard State has an amazingly beautiful feeling it gives you when you walk into any of their stores. The beautiful clothing, accessories, and housewares are feminine, great quality, inspiring products.
