Have placed & received a couple of orders from Alu Warehouse this year. Same good experience on both occasions - reasonable prices, what I needed was in stock, fast delivery, well packed, no nonsense from couriers. In short, very good experience, no problems.

I ordered 70 pounds worth of aluminium plate on the 31st of October and its now the 10 on November. Just checked my online account and its described as unfulfilled but paid. So I phone at 08-15am the message tells me they are closed and phone back after 08-00am At 08-30 I get through to be told they will deliverer it in two days. I ask for a refund and informed if they have cut it its not possible. I have to phone again and no progress. I get a call back at 11 to say its not even cut. Lets see if I get a refund.
They used to be good but not now. I have now missed my deadline

Good range of products and ability to buy short lengths. However £30 min order will curtail the number of times I will be able to afford AW as a supplier

An easy website to use and find exactly what you're looking for along with a cutting service if required . Items delivered fast and that included a large number of cutting required . Notified when out to be delivered . Would highly recommend.

We needed some aluminium cut to specific sizes for safety critical operational signs. AW's website was easy to navigate and order what we needed.
