Excelent quality, very good price

The entire process from receipt of order through to despatch and delivery was a model of efficient friendly service. The way in which exchange of the 'Showers Pass' cyling pants due to a minor manufacturing defect, could not have been achieved any faster. Frequent email updates were greatly appreciated. Would have no hesitation in buying from this retailer again.

Ordered dzr shoes and they were delivered on the date promised. The shoes are awesome would recommend them to anyone planning on doing casual rides of up to about 20 miles where walking and maybe some chilling out in between biking. Shoes are a well made trainer and have a plastic shank under the front of your foot, this goes unnoticed after about a day when they have worn in. On the bike they do enough to help with pedalling as they keep your feet in a good position and you can concentrate on pedalling farther than your feet slipping around on the pedals. I'm terms of stiffness I would rate them a 3 out of 10, so not very stiff but a lot better than standard shoes.

Overall great trainer/bike shoes.

I've only ordered once so far from Always Riding but I'm sure I'll buy from them again. They've got a good range of nice stuff, reasonably priced and if this one shopping experience is anything to go by, good to deal with.

Really pleased - the jacket I wanted doesn't appear to be available anywhere else in UK, was on offer, and was posted very quickly and smartly. Top job!
