Na 3 weken nog steeds geen bestelling. Volgens helpdesk is hij onderweg…

Ik kan het bedrijf niet bereiken, helaas ben ik zo dom geweest om hier gelijk te bestellen in plaats van uit te zoeken wat voor website dit was, spullen komen uit china zie je meteen aan de track en trace.
Elke keer als ik een mail stuur krijg ik dat het mailadres onjuist is.

Niet tevreden, veel te late verzending, product niet in goede staat en vervolgens soort van onmogelijk om retour te sturen. Komen ze met allerlei alternatieven terwijl ik gewoon een foutief product kosteloos wil retourneren. Kost nu al zoveel tijd aan mailen dat je vanzelf denkt laat maar gaan. Maar ga hier zeker nooit meer bestellen!

I waited almost three weeks for delivery and received cheap plastic and metal-plated items shipped from China. The products have absolutely nothing in common with the pictures and descriptions shown on the website.
The jewelry advertised as silver is clearly not genuine silver. The quality is extremely poor and the items look like inexpensive costume jewelry worth only a fraction of the price paid.
I have requested a refund and am now filing a chargeback claim through my bank. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Doe dit niet!! De ring die ik besteld had lijkt in de verste verte niet op de ring die ik heb gekregen. Dit is pure oplichting. De maat klopt ook niet. Deze ring waar ik €30 voor heb betaald koop je voor €3 op temu. Daarnaast was het ook nog eens 2 weken onderweg

Pas op, dit is een dropship-webshop! Mijn bestelling kwam veel te laat aan en de ring is van schandalige kwaliteit: niet dichtgelast, verbogen en vlijmscherp. Toen ik aangaf gebruik te willen maken van mijn wettelijke retourrecht, werd ik herhaaldelijk afgewimpeld met 'kortingen' en 'deelvergoedingen' (eerst 50%, toen 70%) om maar niet het volledige bedrag te hoeven terugstorten. Ze weigeren gewoon de Europese consumentenwetgeving te volgen. Koop hier niets, pure geldverspilling!

Als moederdagcadeau 3 kettingen besteld. Snel bleek dat ze uit China verzonden worden. Wat we ontvingen waren overduidelijk anders dan op de website stonden, zeer goedkope materialen, we kunnen niemand blij maken!
De klantenservice reageerde eerste niet, maar na 3 weken toch hebben we een herinnering gestuurd, toen kregen we snel te horen en na aantal berichten kregen we 90% van het aankoopbedrag terug. De klantenservice is mogelijk gerund door AI, antwoorden kwamen meestal buiten NL'se kantooruren, zelfs 's nachts. Voor het ieder geval, niet meteen hun aanbod accepteren, maar blijf onderhandelen.

Koop hier niks!!! OPLICHTERS!! Ik had 18k vergulde (niet verkleurende) oorbellen besteld. Nou het is de grootste troep. Na 1 week dragen zijn mijn oren helemaal groen en de oorbellen zelf helemaal verkleurd. Het viel mij al op dat mijn pakket vanuit China zou komen, hier een opmerking over gemaakt bij de klantenservice, want alles zou zogenaamd zelf met de hand gemaakt zijn, ik kreeg als antwoord dat ze het in een atelier in China laten maken. Nou allemaal onzin, het komt gewoon van aliexpress.

Slechte communicatie mbt verzendingen en levering, onduidelijk om met hun in contact te komen, geen telefoonnummers en de goederen komen uit China, erg jammer dat dit niet zichtbaar is op hun site

Ik moest er wel lang op wachten, en daar boden ze hun excuses voor aan. Deze accepteerde ik.

I ordered 3 earrings. They were not the same quality then in the pictures. They were very poor quality, I was very disappointed. I immidiately got in touch with the seller and wanted to return it.
They offered first 20% cashback, than 35% cashback and than 50%. I refused them, because I wanted to return it. It seemed , that their plan was not recieving the products back. I got tired and I was offered 70% cashback to close this debate. They accepted it and they send back the money. I kept the earrings, which are bigger and uglier than in the photo's.

Het was/is rotzooi. Komt gewoon van een Alie express.

Do not trust Amelia Atelier. Their website claims items are hand-picked by 'Amalia,' but this is completely false. I ordered a some items ex. necklace in Amelia cost 34,50 euro and discovered the exact same item on AliExpress cost 2.50 euro, a small fraction of the price. They are running a dropshipping scam. My item took about 16 days to arrive from china, and despite trying to cancel the order from day one, the company ignored my requests and stalled for than 20 days. Furthermore, they first told me that I can decline the order and end up no decline option, then now they refuse to provide a free return, i didn't get the return information or cost yet and based on other reviews, it appears they expect customers to pay high shipping costs to return items to China, despite portraying themselves as a Dutch business. Avoid them unless you want to be deceived

It's dropshipping, just as well order from Temu.
Once I wanted to return they don't give retour address, they keep offering discounts of 20% then 35%. Eventually settled at 85% discount to avoid the return shipping.

Nep site. Koop hier niets. Kan volgens mij ook niet meer. Betaald en niets geleverd. Kan geen contact meer krijgen.

Amalia atelier beweert dat ze alles zelf maakt, maar de bestelling kwam uit china en duurde 2 weken voor het er was. Ring zag er mooi uit maar na 3 weken laat het goudenlaagje los. Ziet er niet uit. 59 euro weggegooid geld. Niets kopen hier, gewoon retail uit china.
