I really enjoy taking part in mystery shop assignments with Amber Arch. The platform is easy to navigate, with regular tasks available at a fair pay rate. The team are always very friendly, helpful and prompt to respond to any queries. I am looking firsts to my next assignments!

I have worked for Amber Arch for years. I have never had an issue. The girls in the office are always friendly and helpful. They always answer the phone! They have always tried to help me when I have needed assistance with a job or if something has come up. I'm happy with the tasks that I have done, I've never found anything confusing or unclear. Happy days!

I was nervous to start as I had never done mystery shopping before but the staff are so helpful and always get back to you in a timely manner. It’s exciting to visit different sites every shop is different and you become familiar with the protocol. The briefs are full of relevant info you need to complete a shop, they’ve always been clear and I’ve rarely had to call up to ask questions. Sometimes shops do cancel last min but that’s not a fault of AA it’s what comes with the job unfortunately. The platform is easy to navigate and you can check clearly which shops have made payment, I’ve not had any issues with late payments so far. If I’ve ever had a query the staff have always been supportive and made sure I know what to do moving forward. I hope to do many more shops with them and appreciate their hard work!

Been working with Amber Arch for while. The staff are friendly and helpful. If I am ever unsure, I know I can always email or call and won’t need to wait long for a response. The guide for each job is detailed and borderline foolproof! Payments are also very fair and maid in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend the company to others looking for mystery shopping work.

I’m registered with 11 other mystery shopping companies. This one is by far the worst. One slip up on a task, and I’m sacked as I didn’t get back to them via a phone call. If there was a voicemail I might have realised it was your company. I get so many scam calls. No thank you for all the years where I’ve been reliable with other tasks.

SCAM ALERT from Amber Arch

I received an email for a visit. I said I can do that, they just booked without asking me or telling me the full process, this was my first visit.

Form is like 500 questions.

They have replied, see their reply:
"This is one of our simpler shops, so if this is too complicated for you I don’t think working for us as a mystery shopper is going to work out. I will close your account for you."

This is so rude. If i canceled one visit that doesnt mean i am not gonna do anymore, just closed my account. If they can do this to you without visiting imagine what can they do once you completed, you dont know if you will be getting paid or not.

Dont even think about this SCAM.

Well managed company and if there are any issues that need addressing Pamela and Danielle are always available for assistance. Thoroughly professional at all times .

Fantastic company to work for. Interesting assignments with very clear instructions and someone always on the other end of the phone to assist if I have a query. Payments made on time. Hope to continue to work for them for a long time.

Good communication with the company and staff always very pleasant. However, I am disappointed with the number of assignments available to me. When a suitable one appears, it is often allocated to someone else or cancelled. I have now done 4 assignments and found them easy to do with good explanations. I’ve never had to query payment either.

As a mystery shopper, Amber Arch are one of the better agencies. There are many local opportunities, they pay promptly, respond to communications quickly, particularly if you have a question while on-site, and the level of reward is good.

I really enjoy working with Amber Arch. The visits/enquiries are I do are simple, enjoyable and a good way to spend free time. Rachel and Pamela have been a great support since I started, they’re very patient and understanding and always quick to respond to my e-mails. Payment takes a while but that’s not a big issue

I had three visits arranged with Amber Arch which required making recorded calls through their system and booking appointments to evaluate student accommodation. I was assigned the visits on Friday and I made the calls on Saturday, however, I was not able to book the appointments and I was asked to call back on Monday. On Monday, I informed Amber Arch that I made the calls over the weekend and will have to repeat the calls to secure appointments. This was acknowledged by Amber Arch, and I was given the go ahead to do the calls again which I completed on Monday afternoon and secured three appointments for Tuesday afternoon. However, on Tuesday Amber Arch cancelled all three of my assignments and did not even have the decency to inform me of the cancellation. I only found this out as I logged into my account, just before I was leaving for the scheduled appointments. The reason given is that my call log in the report was not up to date. Strange, considering I used their service to make the calls. I would have appreciated it if they had at least informed me of the cancellations. I booked time off to do these visits and my son took time out from his university studies so he can accompany me. This company is more hassle than it is worth. Avoid them.

Mystery shopping is a huge and complex world of assessing customer excellence. Among the giants of the industry stands Amber arch. As a freelancer free to choose whom I work for Amber arch is one of my favourite companies. Amber arch pride themselves in accurate reporting of customer excellence and this begins with the quality of accurate briefing. As a regular contributor I can attest to their thoroughness and accuracy in attaining the highest quality feedback to both contractors and customers. Working for Amber arch gives me a great deal of satisfaction and fair remuneration.

I have had a great experience with Amber Arch. Interesting projects and great feedback and payment as scheduled. I would recommend signing up to this company for reliability, interesting tasks, great communication and on time payments.

I enjoyed my first assignment and the process was fairly easy . I think Amber Arch pay quite well compared to some other companies. I did find the time between doing the report and being paid quite a while …. 28 days, but this seems the average time in this type of work. So far so good and I hope to do more jobs, especially on care homes, which are really interesting. Stephanie has been pleasant and helpful to deal with - thank you ☺️

I’ve just finished my first task with Amber Arch. Most things are self explanatory and where I have needed an extra bit of help or guidance Rachel has been wonderful. I cannot recommend signing up to amber arch enough, Rachel has been very responsive to any questions, has made everything simple and easy to understand and provided guidance to me throughout.

Worked with AmberArch for around two/three months now. Absolutely love it, an answer to my prayers for me to be able to be a stay at home Mum. The assignments are frequent and the briefs easy to understand. The staff are so easy to communicate with, very kind and friendly. Pamela I feel is especially great, very patient and very quick to respond, even when I can be a little annoying sending lots of emails 😅. Payments are quick and the assignments are interesting!

Great company to work for. Very helpful team, easy to understand briefs, smooth payments within 3-4weeks. Highly recommended if you need extra cash for your bills.
