This was my first experience at shared office centers but it was a very positive one for the Company. We reviewed space at King of Prussia, Plymouth Meeting, Marlton and even at 1515 Market. All of the staff are very professional and are eager to assist with every need. They are flexible in assisting with meeting space and competitively priced. Regus was less costly on the base rent however everything had a price - we would have been "nickeled and dimed" on everything - another real advantage for AEC. Your associates really make the Company - you have a great Team there - the only reason we left is due to us closing our Philadelphia sales and marketing office.

I have been a client of AEC for 7 years and they have been instrumental in the building of my business. Rita the office manager helped me from the very first day with branding, client acquisition, and provided me with a highly professional office environment to meet the needs of my clients and help grow my business. For the past 5 years I have managed my business from my home office. The business has grown and I needed to find a place where I could interview and also have access to a support staff.
AEC provides me with a convenient location and has a wonderful staff that provides administrative support on an as needed basis at an affordable rate. I do anticipate that I will need to utilize their Quick Books services for invoicing and possibly their HR services for screening job candidates.
The atmosphere here in the Bala AEC is quiet and friendly which allows me to concentrate on my work.
I love that the lease can be month to month which gives me the freedom to have the space I need and yet be in control of the term of the contract. The one thing I would think would be an improvement is to get a brighter light in my office.

It’s going on 6 years since I came to American Executive Centers. I have found the staff to be helpful and very pleasant. While I am pretty self sufficient, I have used AEC’s Business Support services over the years and have found them to be easy to work with and provide the services I need.

We chose the American Executive Centers Marlton location due to the location and the flexibility of the services. The center is conveniently located in Marlton, professionally decorated and the staff works to meet the needs of the clients.

The amenities of the center are provided to match your level not the other way around. We have found the work to be technically accurate consistently. The staff is very professional and competent. It projects well to my clients. My only concern is that people do have trouble figuring out the building number.

The General Manager, Rita, is a leader who sets a proper tone for her staff. We very much appreciate the responsiveness and respect with which we are treated. Talk to Rita, you won’t be disappointed. And they host great parties too!

We have been with AEC for 6 years and have always been treated with the utmost professionalism. We began as a regular one office tenant and now, due to downsizing, utilize the answering and mail facilities of AEC. The staff has always been very courteous and helpful and goes out of their way to get things done for us. I would definitely recommend AEC to prospective tenants.

Of all the options in the area, this one stands out as having very helpful and friendly service. The offices are adequate with an offering of different sized and views. Beverages in the shared kitchen space and daily breakfast snacks are nice touches. Conference room availability can sometimes be tough for specific meeting times.

Whenever our law firm is on a tight deadline or we need unanticipated extra support from American Executive Centers, its staff never hesitates to attack issues head on. I opened my solo law practice in AEC Radnor 18 months ago with a 6 month lease, not sure if this was going to be a good option for me. !8 months later we have grown to 2 attorneys and a paralegal and rent two offices here. The location is ideal, the offices and conference rooms first rate, and the staff are friendly and always accommodating. I have a busy law practice and AEC in Marlton has been a great fit for me. The administrative/clerical staff has great experience and the communications personnel project the professional yet friendly character with which I want my firm to be associated. The legal assistant who does most of my work is thoughtful, accurate and well-versed in most issues and in the rare instances where she is less experienced she learns in minutes. The office manager is warm, engaging and goes out of her way to be helpful. I have felt both supported and welcome since day one.

We moved to AEC over a year ago.
Day 1 we had a receptionist answering our calls, voice mail, internet access, administrative support services; as well as a full kitchen, a beautifully appointed lobby and multiple conference rooms for meetings.
The administrative staff can handle any volume or type of traffic and always go above and beyond the “call of duty”, with a smile and a "can do attitude."
They (the administrative staff) remember everyone’s preferences for messages, emails and names of visitors, etc.
Can’t say enough about the attentiveness of AEC staff. They exemplify "excellence is in the details".

In August I moved into AEC's Philadelphia Office, and the experience has been wonderful. I came from a major law firm and wondered how I would replicate the amazing support services I was used to. The staff at AEC have helped me with a number of matters, and couldn't be more professional or courteous. In particular, they helped me design the announcement for my new firm and set up the database for the mass mailing. I gave them very little advance notice, and they did a fantastic job. The email went out this week without a glitch, and I have received a number of positive comments on the design. Friends and clients also marvel at how professionally my phone is answered. I found the right place for my small business!

The manager, Dana, and the staff in Radnor are always on top of things. The business services always meet deadlines and get it done right. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. I would and I do recommend it often.
