I had a really good experience with the support team here. I wasn't sure about the sizing for one of the jackets and they got back to me so fast. The site was easy to use and the checkout was smooth. Definitely going to shop here again.

AmeriGlide _ Rave 2 Stairlift
I recently purchased a new Rave 2 stairlift from AmeriGlide. I was assisted by Abbie B., who did a great job explaining the features of the lift, as well as others, and what the requirements may be for installation. Abbie was patient in her approach with me because I didn’t have an urgent and immediate need. The price point of the unit is attractive when compared to other lifts. I’m glad to have made this purchase and am looking forward to many years of use.

Jessica from the parts department was very efficient and polite. She ordered my part right away and even got me a small discount which was good since the markup on the part seemed very high. The website for Ameriglide is pretty useless. I tried to order the part (charging cord) from there and it wasn't listed with any specifications that I could use to verify if the part was correct. It did provide the number to call Jessica who took my order once I was able to reach her.

Customer service can be something…
Customer service can be something somewhat hesitant. When you call a company you can be hesitant. Will they listen? Will they actually care? Thankfully I had a great experience with Jessica. She was kind, her voice was gentle. She seemed to actually care about the issue I was calling about. AmeriGlide cares! This is a great sign about the company!!

We are very happy with the service and pricing from Ameriglide. Cameron Bright has won us over to order from Ameriglide exclusively.
