I placed one order and had to pay carrier double
I placed one order. You shipped the two items separately which means I had to pay two UPS service fees for clearing (yes I know I had to pay duties and taxes, but I should not have to pay the exorbitant double fees to the carrier because you decided to ship the items separately). Not very happy about it.

I was asked via email to make this review.
My initial order sat in limbo for more than two weeks. I contacted customer service via the company website email address (the only contact listed at the time) but they never replied. I followed up to radio silence. I had to come to Trust Pilot to discover an alternate email that a customer with similar problems discovered elsewhere online.
Fortunately they replied to this one but were unable to fulfil the order (though no reason was given). I was issued a discount code for future orders.
Honestly -- I never thought I'd return. The original shirts were intended as a gift and the date had long passed by. And then I stumbled across them again and another design I quite liked. I remembered the discount code and thought that I'd give them one more try.
Initially the code didn't work but after contacting they supplied another. The order was swift and delivered promptly this time, which was great and exactly what you would expect, however, the shirt itself had an incredibly strong chemical odour. So strong, in fact, that the room I had stored it in overnight had to be aired the next morning for several hours.
I've never had this experience with an item of clothing before.
The shirt itself is actually fine. I quite like it.
After washing - twice - the odour has disappeared.
Do I want to put this on my skin?
Ask yourself this question before you buy.
All in all a very mixed bag with Amplified.
I'm sure they can do better.
Will I be returning?
I'd like to given that they do have some great designs. However, the premium cost VS the service and the odour above means I'll probably go elsewhere in the future.
