I never did get my item
The item I purchased turned up really quickly. Despite using their size guide the top came up a bit tight. I requested a return for an exchange (which was granted). The return address is outside of a reasonable delivery address so it cost me over £7. A couple of days later I recieved an email stating the exchange size was available so the granted me a refund. I paid in 3 installments of £15 but only £13 was refund. So in total I'm just under £10 out of pocket and I don't have the item of clothing. I will be very, very relutant to use them in the future

Quality of the product was awful
Quality of the product was awful, really funny smell from the print and not the usual standard of print. The older t shirts I have use dye to print image on this has been almost stuck on, so so disappointing.

Sizes are all off - way too small even a size up - have to pay to send it back - short time limits to do so - made deliberately hard to return - hard avoid in the future

I needed customer service for this order. I got through to someone very quickly on the phone who was super friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. They resolved my issue and the item was fantastic quality and made a really good present.

So much for their so called ‘unisex’ T-shirts. Massive and cut for men. False advertising as T shown on a woman and fit appropriately. Paid extra to get it on time and have to pay myself to return. Never buying from them again 🤬

Shipment lost, courier says get in touch with Amplified, I emailed several times but you just can’t get hold of them. No reply, I checked spam/junk folder as well but nothing. Absolute NIGHTMARE if you want to get hold of them.
