They have great customer service and great communication via email to let you know what’s happening and if there is an issue. Plus they always put in an extra gift. They are awesome.

✨️A privately owned and operated pet toy business, focusing on parrot toys and bird cage accessories. ✨️We have foraging puzzles for cats, dogs and other pets too. ✨️After more than 12 years, Animal Enrichment Australia is still run by the same passionate Veterinary Nurse. With years of experience in both general and avian-focused veterinary practice, as well as caring for her own beloved flock of birds, Kirsty is knowledgeable and careful when it comes to toy safety for your beloved pets. ✨️Based on the northside of Brisbane and posting all around Australia, to New Zealand and even further abroad, it's easy to spoil your birds or furry friends with the handy filters for Parrot species and other categories in the online store. ✨️Be sure to check out the Aussie Handmade parrot toys section via the 'handy tags' at the bottom of each web page. As well as supporting local business, that section of products is free from any metals that are not stainless steel (ie they either contain stainless steel hardware or no metal at all). ✨️You're always welcome to get in touch via email or Facebook message if you have any questions about what products will be best for your pets. ✨️As a primarily online store, an address is not published. Pick up is available for those who live locally - just choose the option at checkout (after you enter your postcode within the region) and get in touch to arrange a time. ✨️For postage orders, Australia Post-specific options exist or an (often cheaper) courier option is available, which normally utilises Aramex for metro areas of Australia.

I have ordered from this company 2…
I have ordered from this company 2 separate times, and i am amazed at how fast they are to dispatch! Products are always just what i was after, and my birds totally enjoy something new to destroy 🤭
Thank you for the little freebie too, our sickly ringneck ( Gurt ) had a blast with it!
I will definitely be a return customer, great service and great products at a reasonable price.

Thanks so much, I'm really happy to hear that I've managed to impress! It's just me, myself and I here, but I always strive to send orders quickly, even for my handmade products. I'm glad Gurt enjoyed the Sola Plant Stem chew that I included as a gift and I hope they're recovering from their illness.
I look forward to providing you more great Parrot products next time!
My bird loved them 🥰
I loved the toys I ordered! They were made so beautifully and with care. They can quickly too. Will definitely recommend!! ❤️❤️

Wohoo, that's great that your order arrived so quickly and it's great to hear you were happy with the bird toys you ordered. Thanks for the lovely review and for spreading the small business love.
AEA is fantastic
AEA is a fantastic online shop for finding amazing toys for my two spoilt cockatiels. The service is second to none and along with the products, is why we go back time and time again for all our birds enrichment needs.

Paula, I so appreciate you coming here to leave this review. I love providing great toys for Sid and Pip and appreciate your ongoing support over the years. Did you know you first ordered back in April 2019?
It means a lot that you've taken the time to leave this review, so thanks a million :)
Materials for making toys
I've bought a few things in the past to make my cockatiel some toys. Products were great quality and prices very reasonable. Would definitely buy again!
