I am not satisfied with the delivery of goods in these orders: 05365109374954, 05365109374953 & 04893178737619.

Your web page promises that goods will be " Delivered at Door Step within 48Hrs" of shipping.

The goods were received at the nearest DPD delivery depot at Alter on 7th April. But DPD offloaded at their shop only on 15th April in Brugges.
1. The notification for delivery that I received was on 15th April - well over "7 Days": at Wed 15 Apr, 08:35, with the message "will be delivered today between 08:22 and 09:22" - A scandal, cheating.
2. They did not come to my Home/Apartment nor call me but directly went to the local DPD delivery point and offloaded my parcels - What do you call it?
3. The total weight of three parcels were around 60 kgs - the primary reason for me to choose annachi is to deliver at my doorstep - But I went to the delivery shop and hauled the goods to my home spending an additional 15 euros over the shipping charges of 7 euros I paid to annachi(for one parcel)
4. Due to the delay, all the vegetables were putrefied - what to do with my spending and getting putrefied items?

I am at a loss of words on how to express my disappointment and the sense of cheating by Annachi.

Great and fast service and very good packaging

I was really happy with the fact that everything that I wanted was available on the website and delivery was fast too. I was afraid that vegetables might get ruined but everything was fine.

Je réside loin de Paris et ne trouve les produits indiens que je souhaite. Une personne de ma famille m'a parlé du magasin Annachi. J'ai passé une commande, il y a beaucoup de choix sur le site et j'ai bénéficié des frais de port gratuit par rapport au montant de ma commande. Le colis était très bien emballé. Les produits étaient très bien rangés et avec un emballage spécial pour les bocaux. Je recommande vivement.

+: The parcel came quite quickly and was delivered nearby our home. It was quite well wrapped, except the heavy load was on top of the veggies.

Delivery was just 2 days after the order. Impressive! A lot of their products are not easy to find elsewhere. Delivery seems expensive until you realize that the product you ordered on Amazon was about three times more expensive! I'll certainly buy again.

Constantly sending expired products .products are good but they don’t have concern about expire date.quality issue .

The website is very easy to use, great choice of items at competitive prices. As you add each item into your basket it calculates the weight and shows the expiry date of the items you are ordering.
Delivery was prompt and everything was really well packaged – if you spend over 55 euro’s delivery is free!
