My husband gifted me a watch and bracelet from Anne Klein which on the inner side discolored in about 1.5 years. The 2 year limited warranty only covers mechanics not external parts. Having paid 15k for the combination its money down the drain. Please do not get fooled by "luxury brand" image attached - Titan Raga watches are much better quality and their appearance is unchanged for decades

The clothes are beautiful but they are not sewn properly And all the stitching comes out

I PURCHASED NECKLACE AND EARRINGS BEAUTIFUL.
I KEEP THEM SAFELY WEAR THEM OCCASSIONALLY.
LAST GOT THEM OUT THE NECKLACE CHAIN WAS BROKEN AND LOOKING GREEN IN PLACES. VERY DISAPPOINTED. EARRING STILL OK.

I bought this handbag 4 months ago for work and within 2 months the handles started showing wear and tear. Now the handles have the side linings hanging on them and looks awful. I was very happy when I bought it but as it didnot turn durable I feel cheated.

I bought a pair of Anne Klein sunglasses, average price range. They broke within 14 weeks of purchase. I'd kept them in a case and only wore them 3 - 4 times a week, so no overuse or rough use. I went to put them on one day and one arm snapped off at the join. Upon closer inspection of the other arm, I could see that was about to snap off too. Extremely poorly made. Worse still, upon emailing Anne Klein a complaint, not for compensation, but to let them know there is obviously an issue with the way they are making their sunglasses, it is an AI bot that sends an automatic response, no matter how many times you reply or request that a human reads the complaint. Obviously churning out cheap ill made products, knowing there is no come back & not even employing staff to deal with complaints. Best way to deal with companies like this is to avoid all Anne Klein products and spend you money elsewhere. I've bought cheaper sunglasses that have last much longer these.

Recently I have order items on Anne Klein Canada outlet but the funny thing is I got a confirmation stating that they will shipped it in 3 to 5 business days and the company didn't send me a email telling me they shipped already but didn't whatsoever. I think the company is a scam to lure customer in to take their money which they shouldn't have

Using cheap parts. My watch diamonds came out.it is still under warranty..but no response yet after many mails and chats...unprofessional brand .

I bought several products of this brand: underwear, trousers, shoes. I can now definitely say that this brand have clothing of poor quality. Do not buy. They will deteriorate after few weeks of use.

Nothing good to report here. I’ve ordered a replacement watch band through Anne Klein Australia website and I’m still waiting 3 months later. Reading their payment info they say they will debit my card when the goods are shipped - well, money is gone and no shipping. I’ve emailed them several times and asked where is it but all I get back is poor excuses about customs, export, blah blah and I should wait another 10-15 days. This is all garbage. Sounds like I’ve lost. But I’m going to continue to be a thorn in their side and email every day and demand my money back.

Anne Klein does not live up to their obligations. I purchased a band and watch face for my iWatch. At the time of purchase, I registered the purchase online which indicated that this would warrantee the items. Since, I have had crystals come out of both the band and watch face cover. I contacted Anne Klein and they refuse to honor the warrantee. I just want to let consumers know about their dealings in bad faith.

I have had Anne Klein watch and it lasted me over 15 years before the mercanics wore out. They are amazing and l love the design. It is hard to get tem here so l went on line to Anne Klein AUSTRALIA- please don't buy from them they are a scam. They take your money and even send you tracking that says delivered but they never arrive. They don't return emails and you can't contact them through their website. I didn't know any other way to let people be aware

I shopped online and ordered 2 dresses and a pair of earrings. I sent the dresses back as they fit poorly. I could not talk to customer service even though I asked for a phone call. All communications is through email only and responses seemed templates instead of answering my more complicated question. They said they never received the merchandise. I called the post office and delivery was attempted but they said the business was closed. All my questions regarding their business hours went unanswered and I was told it was my issue to resolve. They finally responded that they got the return and gave me credit for $19.92 less than what I paid for the dresses. I paid for the return shipping as we don't have a ups drop off in our town so I have no information why I wasn't issued the proper amount. Stay away from this company! They are impossible to work with.

AnneKlein.com failed to send part of my order and I cannot speak with a human being. I called the toll-free number listed on their website, well within their business hours. After being on hold for a few minutes, a recorded message stated that all representatives were busy and I should leave a message. After the beep, I began leaving a message, only to hear a click of disconnection. I tried three times -- never able to reach a human being nor able to leave a message. Meanwhile, I was charged for all items, but only received clothing and not the shoes I ordered and paid for (and the website only says all items were "fulfilled" -- no further details). Disappointing and dishonest.

I bought a new Anne kelin watch less than 2 months i send to services center it is totally stopped may be cause of battery may be some thing else any way i have a bad experience with this product i think there is an issue about product quality

My online shopping experience with Anne Klein was horrible from start to finish. While trying to buy an outfit I had to return to the website three times before I could get the sale to go through. No online customer service available by phone (they just put you on hold and then eventually disconnect you). When I tried to return the item, I could not get my return shipping label - and again the same problem with the customer service line. Finally got the return done and did not get a credit until I followed up with the company again (more than 3 weeks after returning the item). Not only does AK not pay for return shipping, the credit amount was minus an “Extend Shipping Protection” fee of $4.16 that they tack on to every order and the customer has to “opt out of” or they are automatically charged and cannot be refunded. This company is a joke!

I brought a pair of Anne Klein Leather boots & they are peeling in the back where the zipper is! I am very disappointed because I had a hard time finding genuine leather boots!! they shouldn't say they are genuine leather if they are not! I now look at Anne Klein products differently...if I look at them at all!

I bought a watch whilst on a cruise in April 2023. I was assured that repairs were easily able to be done at home.
Two months after buying the watch, a screw holding the strap pin came out. I tried a watch repairer who said it was an odd size they didn't stock, so got in touch with Anne Klein direct. I was told it would be £12 for a tiny screw to be delivered to me. After spending £67 on the watch, less than two months before, I feel that this is a complete rip off. The watch was pretty but I have more or less spent £1 per day to use the watch. I would say never, ever buy anything on a holiday that you don't mind breaking. The salesmen just wanted to sell the watch and Anne Klein charge a fortune for parts that are difficult to source elsewhere.It was a very expensive mistake.

I would NOT recommend Anne Klein.com. Do not order from them. They take no responsibility for their lost merchandise although they typed the wrong address on the shipping label. Their customer service is of no help and forces you to honor their hidden policies without making you aware of the policies, and that policy is once it is shipped, the responsibility is on you. Even if it is lost and the courier can't find it, you will lose your money and Anne Klein won't help to find your item. Stay AWAY. The watches look nice but are too costly and not worth the hassle of losing money because of their negligence towards customers.
