Amazing customer service! I love my Annie Haak jewellery- it’s a bit of an obsession! I started with the bracelets- they are quick and easy to put on- as a working mum that’s a good thing! I love the different designs that come out for each season. The summer 25 neon range was beautiful and when I wanted to buy another necklace, the customer service team helped me even though it was a discontinued and out of stock item. So great jewellery and great customer service. I love the shiny silver and the colours to accent it! I know I will be buying more! Thanks Annie Haak!

Customer service is appalling a number that no one answers for a first time customer not impressed at all tried contacting them regarding an order no reply by email !!

I love my beautiful new ring with the angel & heart charms. I emailed customer services before ordering to say I needed a small size, they organised & it was delivered within a few days. Just lovely thanks 😊

Beautiful bracelet, unfortunately it broke twice! However, the customer service team have been excellent and replaced it twice for me. They even kindly sent me the returns form and postage label in the post when I explained I couldn’t print it myself. They really have gone over and above my expectations being so kind and helpful. Third time lucky with the bracelet!

First of all I have been buying from this gorgeous company for a long time and my family and friends! It’s fabulous! One of my bracelets broke and I got in touch with customer support and Martina was so professional and so lovely and dealt with my issue so quickly and I had my gorgeous bracelet back so quick and it’s like brand new!

I have purchased several bracelets for myself and gifts, they are exceptional quality ! I have also had a bracelet made bigger to wear as an anklet. Customer Service is also excellent. I absolutely love all my bracelets and would not buy any other brand !

Had an issue with a bracelet that was not a recent purchase. I just contacted them for a suggestion and to my surprise Martina sorted it all for me, replacing the bracelet and sending me a cleaning cloth. Again, thank you Martina 11/10

I purchased a guardian angel bracelet for my daughter it was accidentally broken .. I contacted customer service asking if I paid for it could they kindly repair it .. to my amazement they said if I sent it back they would repair it free of charge and they even sent me a free returns link .. truly amazing after sales from Annie Haak and there team .. I have no hesitation in recommending them to potential new customers .. purchase from them with confidence .. 5 star service

I would give Annie Haak Designs 100 Stars if it was available! I had ordered the gorgeous Jasmine bracelet and was unhappy when I found that somehow three silver beads got tarnished. I contacted their customer service department and right from the start Martina was caring, understanding and accommodating. I felt in good hands. As I live in faraway Australia I posted off my beautiful bracelet to Annie Haak. Every step of the way I was looked after and the lovely Martina kept in touch with me. Even Annie herself polished my bracelet and brought it back to new and better. Annie Haak Designs posted it back to me in a beautiful box with the extra bonus of a polishing cloth. I am over the moon about the wonderful and supportiive treatment I received from start to finish. I can throughly recommend Annie Haak Designs. They go far beyond in their customer care, making sure their beautiful jewellery is enjoyed and cared for. Even through the personal dedication of Annie Haak herself. It has been the most dedicated customer service experience I have ever come across. A very happy customer from Australia.

I have been lucky enough to have been gifted a number of Annie Haak bracelets and they are beautiful. Unfortunately I broke one recently by snapping the elastic string. I contacted AH to ask if they could re-string the bracelet and was contacted promptly with clear instructions on what to do to. The customer service is second to none and everyone I came in contact with were so lovely, friendly and helpful. I cannot praise this company enough.

Love love love these bracelets. Because they are silver they don’t tarnish when they get wet and the unique thing is that they have two different sizes - great for my skinny wrists. Recently one of the charms broke, I don’t know how, but the company were very helpful and replaced the charm with ease. Thank you Martina for all your help!

I ordered the love stack bracelet set and unfortunately it was too small. I contacted customer service and a representative called Martina emailed me explaining I could return free of charge and have the bracelets resized. She guided me through the process and kept in contact with me every step of the way until I received the perfectly resized bracelet. Thank you Martina, your service was first class!

I had an amazing experience with the team at Annie Haak! My parcel was unfortunately lost, and it contained a gift, but the team responded immediately and arranged for a replacement to be sent out in time. The customer service was exceptional, and Martina, in particular, was incredibly helpful. I would give them a 10/10 for their outstanding support
