Very bad customer support over all team very bad and doing fraud with customers.

Now i am going to share a bad experience with anti-aging system and can-c brand that is from last three months i am trying to contact with them finally i get contact with their sales manager. But this sales manager's response came after two weeks I wanted to do purchasing for my business finally after three months this sales manager forwarded my details to the account manager and he created my account and shared the invoice with me. that you should make the payment but the shipping was added too much in this invoice as soon as I gave them a reference of another company to remove the shipping that you did not charge them two shipping charges but why are you charging us? They rejected my application and closed my order and also closed my account. I explained to them many times that this is not the case at all, it is not our company, it is another company and it is owned by someone else and we were just giving you a reference, but they did not understand this and they My application got rejected I have wasted my three months behind them and wasted my effort behind them short if I tell you their support is very dirty their team doesn't know how to talk to us Have to talk and they are doing wrong with people, I will recommend that you should not purchase from them.

Twice I received products from them that were not as described and/or defective, but they refused to issue a refund or credit for them. They say that to receive a refund you must return a product unopened within 7 days, which is ridiculous, because (1) you can't tell if a product is defective unless you open it, and (2) you'd have to return it to their shipping center in Hong Kong!

They sell a lot of expensive unproven products and if you have a problem with any of them, tough luck, they will keep your money and will not respond to your complaints. I advise you to shop elsewhere!
