Ring is also flawless, me and my new fiancé couldn’t be happier, thanks Sam

I have never bought an antique ring before but so glad I picked the Antique Ring Boutique. Sam is the nicest most generous person I have dealt with. He is not pushy but honest and a fountain of knowledge. The service was exceptional my ring arrived the next day it was everything and more of what I wanted. I will definitely use Sam again. Tina

Sam was amazing to work with — incredibly knowledgeable and friendly! He had an amazing selection of rings and we actually had a difficult time choosing between two beautiful options. But in the end, Sam helped us to make the right choice and we love the ring!

Sam was fantastic at every stage. He gave great advice and shared his vast knowledge willingly.

He has a great array of rings and helped guid me to the perfect one!

Will definitely be coming back in the future.

Absolutely fantastic experience with the Antique Ring Boutique! The ring is beautiful and Sam was amazing and incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable, making sure that the whole experience ran very smoothly. Sam was also really flexible and easily contactable to sort things out. Would highly recommend purchasing from Sam and the company.

It was such a fantastic experience purchasing from Sam. He genuinely cared about what piece would work for me based on what I was looking for. Love my ring! I will definitely purchase again!

What made the experience was the fact that the post office lost the parcel in house and Antique Boutique chased the post office, and kept us in the loop as to the situation. Not many company’s go out of their was to keep you informed

I purchased a gorgeous ring from Antique Ring Boutique. It is more beautiful than in the photos and was preserved in great condition. Shipping was super fast too. They have a huge selection of beautiful antique pieces to choose from, and Sam was most helpful in answering all of my questions during the purchase process. I can’t think of a better online jewelry shop!

Some fantastic rings for sale, beautiful! Sammy was incredibly hospitable. I was looking for an anniversary present for my wife. It was a really positive experience as you would expect from a high-end jeweller and I purchased something rather amazing. It went down incredibly well. Thank you Sammy for all your help and guidance

From the start of the process to the end Sammy was incredibly honest and helpful with me resulting in finding the perfect ring at a great price. Online shopping for something as special as a ring is always stressful but Sammy made it incredibly easy. So love my ring - could not be happier.

5 star!!!! Overwhelmed by the support Sammy gave, I was very nervous about buying online - but the whole experience was a breeze! The ring is perfect! Delighted!

Extremely happy! Totally overwhelmed by the wonderful service and a beautiful ring! Thank you to Sammy for all your help in helping me find my perfect ring!

Received a wonderful engagement ring from antique ring boutique, couldn’t have been more helpful.

Thrilled with the ring and service, thank you so much Sammy!

Fantastic company to work with!!! Incredible attention to detail; the ring arrived in a beautiful box and was better than I anticipated! Thank you!

Not a good experience. Bought an Art Deco ring from this company online. I was assured that the ring had no structural issues and was in 'excellent' condition by the seller. I was also told the insurance valuation was £5,500-6,000. On this basis I bought the ring. When it arrived I took it to a local jeweller who uses an external appraiser. I was told the ring has several structural issues that would certainly mean it could not be worn everyday, and would require repairs contrary to the descriptions by the seller. I was also told the valuation was only £2,250. I raised this with the company and was told initially that the appraisal I had commissioned was incorrect. I sent copies of the relevant findings from the appraisal. Then the company offered to have repairs done. However, this still left the issue of a massive overvaluation they had given me. I offered to get a third appraisal/opinion if the company were absolutely sure their valuation and assessments on condition were accurate. Clearly they weren't, as they provided a return address in an email with no niceties at all. I confirmed that they would provide a refund for the ring, postage and appraisal cost, and received confirmation that they would. After sending the ring back it took two 'chases' and a battle for a week afterwards, as the company was now backtracking and saying they would make deductions for card processing fees (not legal.) Eventually they refunded the full cost of the ring, but not the other agreed costs. I sent several emails and received no replies - they effectively started ignoring me. I took legal advice and sent a letter before action as I was advised to raise a county court application. After a further week they eventually refunded the remaining costs on the day I was due to submit court papers. This has been an unbelievably stressful experience. My experience and opinion is either that this jeweller isn't able to accurately appraise the quality of pieces and has made two significant mistakes resulting in my being over charged for a low quality piece. Or that they were dishonest in their marketing of it and knew they were overvaluing it and that there were structural issues. Either way, their handling of this has also been stressful, unpleasant and very slow. If things go wrong, stringing people along and leaving them in a position of needing to seek legal advice is not the way to resolve a problem. I would not recommend this company as a result.
