I was hesitant to buy another backpack, but Använda actually delivered. It opens wide, fits more than expected, keeps everything organized, and still looks clean enough for work or travel. After using it for a few weeks, I can honestly say it replaced two other bags I used to switch between.

So far so good! Love the multiple pockets and the style. So far the only complaint I have is that there were not enough styles to choose from because they were sold out!

Customer service is excellent. I’m already a fan of the bags - I’ve had my first one since 2017 and it’s still pretty great.

The metal on the strap broke while I was travelling so I reached out to their support. Don't believe their "built tough and warranty backed for life" slogan. They suggested "rotating the hook back inside the slot and squeezing it together slightly with pliers". I was hoping they would honour their warranty statement and not provide DIY suggestions. Now I need to buy a new bag to return to Canada and you can be damn sure it won't be an Använda bag!

Im very impressed with the bag. I needed something for ALL my work stuff and eliminated the need for a purse/lunch bag/etc and the largest bag was a perfect option! The fact that it came with a free bag was a CRAZY bonus! The free bag is much smaller but I can easily find 100 uses for it. Great quality and value.

These bags are awesome! I had to order one for my husband because we keep giving me the side eye. If it wasn’t for the girlie color he would have stole it.

The bag was good quality but too small and I didn't really care for the shade of blue. I requested to return the bag per the policy. After numerous emails, It took almost 2 months to get a return label from them. I was finally able to get a return label and returned the package, and now I cannot get a refund. This has been going since September. I believe the bags are probably good quality but the customer service is awful. I have basically donated $150 to the company.

I absolutely love the bags! So much room and versatility. The only thing that I think need doing differently are the inside zipper pulls and the outside zipper pull in the leather pocket. These pulls are so small that they're hard to find and to pull open. Someone with limited dexterity in their hands would have great difficulty.

Wow! The bags are perfect! The large fits my bulky work laptop beautifully. The medium is the perfect size for my personal electronics and things. So many carry options and pockets! And delivery was prompt and hassle-free.

First, this bag is freakin’ amazing. They had me at swear words but I became a customer after reading about these bags and the reviews. I got both the large and small versions and immediately started using the larger bag. It fits everything I need for work and then some. I clip my water bottle and my coffee mug to the rings on the outside of the bag. Not everything needs a pocket. My larger laptop fits nice inside the sleeve without being mashed against the top of the bag so it hangs more naturally when carrying it. Love the rain cover hidden in the bag. Love that I can carry it the way I want, when I want, without having to move all my stuff around or to another bag. Only non issue is the color of the inside clashes a bit with the red of the bag. But hey, high visibility. And I did reach out to customer service via email about a tracking number or anything on my order being shipped. And never heard back after I waited 2 business days and forwarded the message again. My order was there coincidentally when I got home, but the emails telling me my order was on the way, with tracking number, showed up after my order did. Only would have been an issue if my order never showed up and why I only gave 4 stars. The bag is 5 stars.

Love the Avanda 1 Medium backpack, the padded straps and the customer service, I'm going to have to get a Large backpack as well!

Got everything I ordered and a bit faster too. I have the original backpack and this new version is sexy.

I received and incomplete order (only accessories, no bag) and contacted the company through their email to which I received only auto replies and no follow-up, the company phone only goes to voicemail. After initiating a chargeback I received an email that contained false information about not having contacted them previously. The person who responded is representing an address that seems to be some kind of cc processing firm in Montana. The whole thing is very suspect, at this time have still not received my bag nor any direct reply from the company. I've also tried contacting them on social media and even tracked down their shared office space in Stockholm and contacted the property manager of that office complex who was not able to put me in touch with any actual person.

I backed their Kickstarter campaign back in 2018 and my first bag is still going strong. I just received a new one for myself in bright red and a camo one for my son and we love them. Great bags, great company imo. 😊

I've backed them on both Kickstarter campaigns. Loved the look, the second one even had a nice design. The quality and lack of accountability is the issue. If you got a good piece, you are in luck. My bag had a manufacturing error, the seam margins were too narrow and the seam under one of the shoulder straps popped open. Company replied "not normal wear and tear" and therefore not their responsibility, offered 15 USD towards fixing it. I got it repaired, the person who did the repair said it's not going to last as it's not been manufactured correctly. Now two years later the repair has come apart, as has the seam under the other strap. It's a shame, I like the designs but the quality and attitude is unfortunately not great.

First class gear, top shelf, and Cracker Jack quality so far in my opinion. I hope my new Mac Laptop will fit safely. Lots of options (D rings) for where to connect the strap. Did I somehow miss instructions here? Price is high but I think this bag will easily outlive me.

I just ordered my sixth bag since the original crowdfunded one 7 years ago (several were gifts). They have enhanced the product line since that first crowdfunding, and I'm pleased to say that of all the different products, different styles, the quality has maintained high over the years. The customer service is exemplary -- they are quick to respond with explanations or when it looks like something was duplicated. In all this time, through heavy use and packing to the limit, I have not a popped zipper or a ripped seam. (I had one broken strap ring a few years ago, after several years of use, but they were very quick to help with a replacement) They now offer multiple products beyond just the bags, including billfolds, travel bags, camera inserts, even a beanie. Everything I've ordered and used has been perfect.

I tried to reach customer service by email a few times but never got a reply. My issue is that the bottom of the bag is not sewed right/evenly so it makes a rather big crease where bottom meets side and affects the look of the bag. I was appalled they wouldn’t even answer emails, but after more the two months of trying I started using the bag. Overall it’s a good bag, but the sewing isn’t up to standards for a bag of that price. One zipper on the inside pocket was also not finished off correctly so it fell apart. If they can get the sewing better it’s gonna be a good bag, otherwise it’s too expensive for the quality.
