I was a first time hirer, and the service, welcome, and pre arrival information was all really easy to follow and helpful. Nancy at the Brisbane office was very reassuring, and asked questions and managed the hectic arrivals desk calmly.

Easy pick up , clean functioning van , easy drop off

The team at both pickup and drop off were excellent, all workings of the motor home and a few helpful tips were run through at pick up along with the simple one page laminated instruction sheet made the the week away seamless..

Every person we dealt with at Apollo at the Brisbane office were excellent. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle we hired.

Camper was in good order, service to pick up and return was excellent.
Gave 4 star as there were several short comings... all small but all inconvient.

The pillows were terrible, cheap, not clean and unsupported. No way would my dog sleep on them. 3 week hire in the middle of winter and we were provided with 2 cotton sheets and a thin quilt...needed to go out and buy pillows, sheets, a doona, underlay...on a $4700 rental...poor.
Minimal extra effort would have made the hire 5 star but cost cutting by apollo left it short.

Quality and clean van, great customer service

We were given a brand new van everything was amazing especially the service from the staff in Brisbane to the staff in Cairns

Great experience renting a Euroquest camper van from Brisbane to Cairns. Efficient check-in and check-out, clean and fully equipped camper van that met all expectations. The conditions were clearly stated and all charges transparent.

I hired a mid sized, 4-berth motorhome for 3 weeks.

It was delivered clean and with all the equipment functioning. Everything went smoothly for our trip, so not much to say about on the road service.

My only hesitation with using this company again is that with their basic vehicle insurance cover package they collect a bond for the vehicle rather than place a block on your credit card. This means 3rd party insurance might not pay out because there is no “excess” to pay. I don’t like this tactic as it feels you are being forced to take the hire car companies own comprehensive insurance and I simply don’t trust hire companies or their insurance providers to be honest/fair to the customer if something actually happens to the vehicle as it’s not “your” insurance policy. I knew this going in as I actually read the t’s&c’s, but I’m still dropping 2 stars as I think it’s a dishonest way of doing business.

Great communication and easy process for pickup and drop off

Loved the convineance of a Motorhome but was let down by the cleanliness of it. Floor was sticky from I don't know what. Sheets smelt like they had not been cleaned I sprayed deodorant on them to help. We didn't use the television as a bracket was missing at the back of it to keep it in one place.

Great experience. Would hire again! Clean well equipped vehicle and we had a great time.

Great staff, great product!

We were first time campervan hirers, so nothing to compare with, but in general pick was good. We spent a while trying to get our Android phone to acquire blue tooth, but it wasn't possible. Later we bought another cable but it still wouldn't work so we think it was the van connection.

Recently hired a 6-berth motorhome for a weekend getaway and had an amazing time. staff were very helpful and informative. The pickup and drop off process was straightforward and easy.

would hire again and have recommended to friends and family :)
