Appeal Business Rates Succesfully
I spoke to Darren about how to reduce or remove Business Rates from a failed business from 5 years ago that I have just been billed £10,000 for.
I am on disability benefits and cannot possibly afford that. The advisor took the time to give me so many helpful pointers and talked me through achievable steps I could do myself without charge.
I am blown away that someone would do that for me in his own time. Can't recommend enough

Thank you to Lyndsey and the team, they managed to remove my property from the VOA rates listing and get the VOA to backdate it to January 2021,I had been stuck with two adjoining commercial units both which had fallen into disrepair. I was paying out a fortune in rates while trying to complete full renovations to both properties. Fortunately I found these guys and after a bit of a process we got the result we were looking for. 5 stars guys thanks for everything!

Brilliant company who do what they say
Brilliant company who do what they say! After getting robbed by another fraudulent company Darren and Lyndsey at Overrated took over and managed to get my business rates down. Carried on being there to support me afterwards too. My advice is never use anyone else as these guys are by far the best out there.

Massive thank you for saving me £16K
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Lyndsey and the team as they managed to remove my property from the VOA rates listing and get the VOA to backdate it to Sep 2018, saving me the £16k I owed in business rates. You guys are rock stars, I can't thank you all enough. So glad I went with you. Great communication throughout and what a result!
