Very happy with the result. Can hardly see that the insect screens were fitted. The service from Alan Robinson who fitted the screens for us was excellent and we will certainly be back for more screens since Alan was great.

Matt and Andy were very professional and did an excellent job from the original survey through to the fitting. Lots of helpful advice.

Amazing. Paul C was wonderful, clean and tidy, explained all mechanics and charging. Highly recommended. Would always use Appeal Shading and would recommend to family and friends.

Initial fitting of the blind and awning was fine and we have been happy with the products. However now there is an issue we have had great problems with the customer service and complaints. We have had an awning fitted which has sunk into the exterior wall, we raised concerns at the time regarding the wall construction and reassured all would be suitable. A few years down the line and the awning is unsafe to use and causing exterior damage to the wall. The response time has been terrible and they have ignored emails and phone calls. Really disappointing customer service considering we were recommended by neighbours and ended up spending a lot on both interior and exterior products that have both unfortunately not stood up to time. Very frustrating not to communicate with the customer and certainly wouldn't recommend due to the abysmal aftercare.

My experience overall with the company has been very good, great workmanship by the manufacturing team and by Steve our fitter. A slight blip relating to delivery was swiftly rectified and the fitter Steve was excellent, he went over and above to ensure that the fitting went ahead without a hitch and for that we are extremely grateful to him. He explained what he was doing throughout and was very friendly but professional at all times. Our blinds look fantastic and very well made and the customer service and support staff were very helpful. Thank you all very much! I will be recommending to family and friends.

The company was very prompt in response to our question, quickly sorted out the type of blind we needed. Set the whole process in motion.
We were dealt with politely, the fitter Ryan was quick and tidy in fitting the blind ,explaining how it worked, helped with an adjustment of a very good blind we bought from Appeal year ago.
