Access queue to get the tickets was quick and easy. Access queue to get into arena was really long.
In the arena we had a great time. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. I was nervous about taking my son with asd but he had a great time with Horner defenders on and plenty of space to move around. Would definitely recommend

Everything couldn't fault it

The whole process from waiting in line for the tickets, getting everyone in on time, to the actual show were brilliant. We could have had better seats, but thats down to us, should have got there earlier i guess, we were there at 9am for a 11:30 start time. Will definitely get there earlier next time.
Great organisation & show. No lengthy ques at concessions, merch, toilets.

Great experience, free tickets which is always good. Easy to collect tickets etc and less waiting around than in previous years. Only criticism world be the length of the experience, only 4 events and the eliminator in 8 hours. Might be tricky with smaller children to keep them occupied in between the events. But seeing the gladiators in person was brilliant.

Applause Store UK took £35 from me in September 2025 without authorisation.
The service was cancelled and never used.
I have emailed Applause Store over 12 times requesting a refund and received no response.
This issue remains unresolved, demonstrating extremely poor customer service.
No refund has been issued to date.

It is a long day, but a memorable one seeing all the events being set up and done, seeing the gladiators in the flesh and taking part in the games between events.

Loved our experience last year and so grateful to see it. Kids loved it!

Very good fun. Redeeming tickets can be a tad stressful as there's a big line and you're not sure whether you'll actually be able to enter, but it is organised well and the event itself is great fun.

It was a long day but we had a fantastic time, entertained constantly, what a fun filled day we loved it so much we are coming back this year, the staffvand everyone concerned we're the best .

We went to the Gladiators filming in Sheffield. We qued for tickets and although it was really busy, the line moved quickly and staff were very friendly and approachable. After we got our tickets we had to wait around an hour before we were able to enter the stadium. We were approached for some additional filming, this was a fantastic experience where we met a gladiator!! The crew were really enthusiastic, and asked use questions relating to the show (they seemed to be just as big of fans of the show as we were!) which only made the experience more exciting! It was a very very long day!! (Getting tickets around 10am and filming not finishing till around 8/9pm) However, the venue is well equipped with food stalls and things to do in between events (it does take some time to set up the events in between filming). We had a unforgettable day seeing our favorite show, the gladiators were amazing and spent time interacting with the crowd and choosing their favorite poster! I would highly recommend anyone to go if they get a chance but be prepared for the long day ahead!
