MY SON WHO IS AUTISTIC HAS BEEN THREATENED, HAD HIS PHONE STOLEN, CONSTANTLY SERVERLEY OVER CHARGED JUST BECAUSE THE FILTHY SCUM DRIVERS ARE VILE AND DISGUSTING!!!

Twice now I have booked and paid well in advance only for Apple Taxis to cancel and refund me at the last minute because "They didn't have the car available"

So they'll take your money and then leave you stranded.

Had to take my little cat to the vets i ordered a taxi to take me there and the fare was nine pounds and ten pence which was what I was quoted. I ordered a taxi to take me home with my cat and the same driver picked me up and took me home i paid with my card and the same as before the fare of nine pounds and ten pence. In the morning when i checked my bank account the driver had charged me eighty nine pounds and ten pence so to cut a long story short after calling Apple cabs and being told by the manager that obviously the driver had made an honest mistake and he would contact the driver and the money would be refunded to my card i am still waiting for the eighty pounds refund. My bank have been trying to get my money back but as of today i have not had my money back. It was the 19th May that i used the taxi and it is now 17th June and that driver is a disgrace and so are Apple cabs i will never use their taxis again and as of today my bank says the driver is not responding to them so the next step will be the legal route

We booked a taxi to pick us up from Bristol airport on the 15 may. 2 taxis.we were told to pre pay. Which we did and to phone as usual when we land. They had flight numbers etc to track flight. On landing we phoned . No taxis were implemented for our return. After numerous phone calls and numerous promises from there various members of staff we were waiting almost 2 hours after our booked time. I did approach other taxis at airport and was willing to gift apple my 100 pound but other on site taxis were busy. Now this is the part I would like you to be aware of. Being on site at country view holiday park in weston. I frequently recommend apple to most quests at the site.i told the apple operator that I would no longer feel like doing this he said he wasn't worried and send business were I wanted wow how ungrateful. Now I'm not saying don't use apple for a short unimportant lift home. But a important time sensitive job with a small baby. And preparing them be careful. Hope this helps you. I would not use them again and not recommend them

Driver was 15mins l8, the seats were broken and taped up no apology from the driver absolutley disgraceful, exeter city needs to provide us with better public transport

apple taxis have given out/sold my bank details twice now, be aware if you pay by card, they dont care at all tried to contact them about this they are not interested.

I am disgusted that I got charge £21 for a fare that usually cost me £8-£12 I called to complain asking them what the charge should have been if which they said £10 they said to call in the morning for a refund by which time they changed there mind

The taxi was 45 minutes late for a prebooked Bristol Airport pick up.....paid in advance.
Cant even get a receipt from them. Utterly shambolic.
