Over bath shower screen very poor quality. When I complained Richard accused my plumber of fitting the shower screen the wrong way round. I pointed out the two halves are already joined so could not be put on incorrectly and in any event, the side of the bath was different hence his mistake.
The product is unsuitable for households with children, women who don't do bodybuilding or households with old people.
Awful product. Awful customer service.
Update 21/5 - I'm surprised you don't remember this Richard. You seemed rather embarrassed at the time.

Having had an Aqualux shower tray & cabinet delivered & installed & operating efficiently, I then struggled to register them for the warranty. Richard Hunt could not have been more helpful, delivering customer care that eased the issue smoothly to completion. Excellent aftercare!

Had a problem with a shower cabin and could not find anything about it after spending all morning on the internet. Spoke to Richard at Aqualux, sent a picture of the part and he knew straight away what it was. So helpful, I would never had found it otherwise.

We ordered a 1700 wide shower door for a holiday lodge we were refurbishing, the next day delivery was perfect with our limited timescales. Unfortunately there was a minor manufacturing issue which meant we had to be sent a replacement. These things happen. All I can say is that the customer service was second to none, and nothing was too much trouble, with a replacement arriving the next day and the old one collected. Shower door is excellent quality and a perfect fit for our refurb. Thank you Saskia and the team!

I recently contacted the company with a photo and description of a spare part I was looking for. I had previously been on the website but wanted to confirm it was indeed the correct part I needed. The sales support person Richard handled the call efficiently providing links to all parts required and was very courteous and polite. I would recommend contacting this team especially Richard for any queries or advise.

I recently emailed Aqualux for details on a replacement part for shower enclosure I purchased from screwfix over two years ago. To be honest most companies seldom even respond to email so I wasn’t expecting much. How wrong I was. Within two working hours I received a reply to my email requesting information on the part. Having provided the information I later received a phone call explaining the part couldn’t be replaced but Aqualux would send a complete replacement shower door, which clearly I’m very happy with.

Phoned for help registering a warranty. Call quickly answered and I spoke to Faith who was very helpful, polite, professional, and friendly. All sorted quickly and she double checked my registration by asking me to email my receipt through as well as filling in the online form, with confirmation received soon after. Great service!

We recently purchased a shower enclosure which unfortunately had a fault ( the water repellent coating was on the outside!) The prompt, helpful service received from Richard was second to none and a replacement and collection of the faulty one was completed in a matter of days. The delivery guy was friendly and helpful too. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again

Tanya gave excellent support helping us with what spares we needed. We are trying to refurbish our shower unit which was bought years ago, we were not sure of the model number, however we emailed the team who confirmed our unit and sent us a link for the spares available. This made it so easy to find what we need with thumbnail pictures of the parts. Ordering was straightforward and payment was made online. I have just been in touch with Aqualux for advice about buying a new seal for my shower screen. My email was answered straight away (by Richard) and I really appreciate the level of service. (Also, the shower screen which was fitted in 2006 is fantastic and still looks great even after all these years.)

Brilliant service, I emailed a query for a replacement part for a 10 year old sliding shower cubicle and was surprised to receive a phone call promptly from very helpful gentleman Richard.He worked out the model of the shower cubicle from very minimal information that I provided him, he emailed me the picture of the part so I could check it against the original. It was the correct part, he even emailed the link for ordering. The customer service is absolutely spot on. Can't grumble about the price for the parts either.

Installing an Aqualux AQX6 for the first time I wanted to ensure what appeared "common sense" was actually as straightforward as it seemed. Using the online contact option I had only just finished typing when Richard responded by phone to clarify the installation detail.
Quite simply an excellent response to support what appears to be a very good product. Easy to install nice clean lines on the door glass and seals well. cant wait to get in and use the shower!! Thanks Richard & Aqualux.

I contacted Aqualux this morning via email regarding a shower screen that was manufactured by them over 15 years ago (it's in a house that we have bought and it needs a replacement part). I wasn't expecting much due to its age but Tanya responded really quickly, was very helpful and sent me a link to the replacement part that I required. All ordered within 2 hours of sending my first email. If only other companies were this prompt. Thank you Tanya. 🙂
