no assembly instructions included with chest rig loadout. how does that make any sense? reached out to customer service with a ticket twice; one asking for help and the other requesting a return after receiving no help. did not get a response to either

They use to have really great customer service. Now I cannot even get them to return an email. I have literally bought several thousand $ worth of their products (load-outs, soft armor, every carrier they sell, mystery boxes). Trying to get an upgraded quick release for my Testudo GEN 2 cummerbunds. No response. I'll update if they ever do respond. p.s. (They do have Premium quality Armor)

I previously ordered the Testudo GEN two which is a great product. I just recently ordered the testudo gen 2 lite. Expecting great things out of this product . Wonderful, tough and quality products for great prices. I love how AR wants to keep America, equipped for a good price to stay in the fight.
