I wish I could leave ten ⭐️s. The service was outstanding. The team who constructed were efficient and polite. The workmanship was outstanding. The 10m Hobbit House has added another dimension to our garden. The speed at which the team constructed the cabin was mind boggling. There were no shortcuts and everything went together like a jig saw. I will definitely buy another cabin if I move. I have never experienced service and quality like this from any other company

The initial experience with sales etc very good and very flexible . The product that turned up was as I expected with some minor issues which I will reference here. There was a show discount for the lodge I bought. I got confused as to whether I received that as it was not clear in any invoicing etc. Plus when asked the question there was no answer. Too busy to chase.
The time tables were not adhered to. I had a date which was then changed by request to fit your time table as you had a another lodge to fit locally. I was on holiday for this date but being the way I am I agreed to shorten the holiday by one day to accomodate. Then I received comms from the team to come two days earlier which shortened my holiday further which I agreed to. I then cancelled my trip away altogether as there was to much remedial work to do prior to a team turning up. The day before the team was schedualed I received a call from the team to turn up the day before in the afternoon as they had finished earlier. Well done for getting it done earlier but this then threw me into chaos with a wife that I had just cancelled a holiday with. I was able to respond to the movement of install dates but it did cause me problems in the long run. I mention it as it eventually left a feeling of messing with me to benefit you. The lodge is 99% spot on apart from two windows. One has a mist inside the other has dirty cloth marks between the glass which I cant get to. There were a couple of staples sticking up in the felt and one timber flashing missing nails hence its loose. With all that said. I love my purchase and will continue to. The installation team were good lads and clearly work hard.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our Arctic Cabin. From the first visit right through to installation, the whole experience has been brilliant.

David, who showed us around, was welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave us all the time we needed to choose the right cabin. There was never any pressure or hard sell, which we really appreciated.

Nikki was amazing too. She managed to bring our installation date forward by nearly two months, which was a fantastic surprise, and she gave us plenty of helpful aftercare advice so we knew exactly how to look after the cabin.

Debbie made the payment process really straightforward and was friendly and efficient throughout.

A special mention has to go to Ben and Connor, who installed the cabin. They worked incredibly hard from start to finish and barely stopped all day. The quality of their work is excellent, and they were happy to answer all our questions and give us helpful tips, even down to recommending the correct size screws for mounting our TV brackets. It’s those little touches that really make a difference.

Our cabin has genuinely become the talking point of our garden. Every landscaper, tradesperson, friend, and family member who’s seen it has commented on how amazing it looks, and everyone wants to know where we got it from.

The finished cabin has exceeded our expectations, and we’re absolutely delighted with it. We’d happily recommend Arctic Cabins to anyone looking for a high-quality product backed up by fantastic customer service. Thank you to everyone involved!

Arctic cabins admin staff were good at communicating with us before the installation. The men who installed the cabin were quick and efficient. They discussed the positioning with us and also explained all of the workings of the seating area and the Barbecue. We love our Hobbit House and hope to get plenty of relaxing time, using it.

Everyone was helpful and pleasant from the point of sale to completion.

Only had a short wait for our cabin the whole experience of choosing roof colour ect was made so easy the quality of the cabin is fantastic and was done in a day the men were professional polite and extremely helpful the whole experience was a pleasure and we will get so much use for many years

customer service is absolutely dreadful. spoke to an individual on the phone who was extremely rude and did not help with my enquiry whatsoever. wanted to stay with this company at some point in the future but am now hesitant too.

Our first contact with Matt Burton the sales rep was great, no hard sell necessary as the cabins and reviews speak for themselves. We picked our layout and options very easily and our installation date was provided straight away - 5 weeks!

After we placed our order we were kept informed at each step, from after sales team who provided lots of useful guides and tips/tricks from other owners.

Installation day soon came around and we must have had the worst wet weather for months, where I was half expecting the team to postpone; this was not the case as they arrived at 07:30am ready to start straight away. This is the part that surprised me the most as the lads who carried out the install deserve a special mention as they are an absolute credit to the business as they worked so hard during poor conditions, didn’t stop for a break for nearly 12hrs and came across so polite and friendly, even explaining how much they both love their jobs - special shout out to Tod and Adam - thank you!

Other than that we are so happy with the cabin, quality and experience from start to finish - if you are considering buying one go for it.

First class design, service, delivery and product.

Great fitters company kept me up to date and the cabin is amazing. There is nothing more I can say other than get one. You won’t regret it.

Amazing cabin and speedy installation

We had our Artic Cabin installed today and apart from it being much bigger in our garden than I remember it being in the showroom 🙄, the whole experience has been flawless. The salesman , Matt , could not have been more attentive and helpful, he came out to do the survey and has been checking in regularly through the whole process. The installation guys turned up ridiculously early ( a positive in my opinion ) and they just cracked on with it and were finished by mid day. The cabin itself is good as we expected, we went for the insulated ' solar ' option without the BBQ, the plan being to use it as a guest bedroom when needed. I would recommend the company, we purchased it from their showroom in Studley Garden centre in Warwickshire.

Grand efforts of the installation team, a wonderful job well executed. The sales process easy and staff supportive. Please file me in your happy customer folder. :-)

Once we decided to purchase a 10M2 Arctic Cabin and contacted the company to place an order they couldn't have been more helpful. Deposit paid, instalment date booked and on the day the 2 guys were with us just before 7AM, worked solidly assembling the cabin, tidying away everything before then going through the instructions for use making sure we fully understood. Having also purchased another cabin from them 13 years ago I would highly recommend Arctic Cabins as a professional company,selling top quality products. Will be a real pleasure to have all year round use from our cabin.
