I bought a faux-leather motorcycle jacket from them and it is already flaking and getting destroyed. It's unconscionable that such a luxury brand as Armani sells an item that will not resist wearing it 20 times over 3 years (I live in Miami so limited opportunities). One can get better durability with a Temu jacket for $29.99 !!
My Tesla's seats are made of the same PU leather and are still perfect after daily use for over twice that many years!
And obviously they refused to da ANYTHING either in store or online, not even a gift card or discount!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Customer Service and a Recent Purchase

Dear Customer Service Manager,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received from your team. As a loyal customer, I hold Armani to a high standard, given its reputation as a serious and respected brand. Unfortunately, my recent experience has fallen far below those expectations.

I placed an order on December 1 and received it on December 4. At the time, I was traveling in Europe and have only just returned. Upon trying on the item, I realized it was too large (size XXL). When I attempted to initiate a return, I was assisted by a customer service agent named Israel. Regrettably, the interaction was highly unsatisfactory.

Israel repeatedly insisted that the item was marked as "final sale." However, at the time of my purchase, there was no indication that the item was final sale, and my invoice contains no mention of such a policy. Despite my clear explanation, Israel continued to reiterate the same point without offering a resolution or escalating the matter. This rigid, impersonal approach felt dismissive and unprofessional.

I am deeply disappointed by this experience, which does not reflect the quality or professionalism I expect from Armani. Given the lack of assistance, I feel compelled to share this experience through appropriate feedback channels. Furthermore, I must regrettably state that I will no longer be purchasing from Armani and will advise others to reconsider engaging with your brand.

Boxershort kort besteld. Katoen lycra. Pasvorm redelijk maar kwaliteit bagger slecht. Niet wat ik gewend ben. Aan de onderkant bij het stiksel al kapot na een maand of 3. Een set van 3. Alle 3 hetzelfde probleem. Enorme teleurstelling en had toch echt wel wat meer verwacht van dit merk.

They put labels on their gloves which irritate your wrist. If you cut the two small attachment strings off, the entire glove wrist disintegrates. I showed them the gaping hole after less than two hours of use, and they said that I was liable. This dull response, given they first requested I send multiple photos of the hole, was quite tactless and unimpressive.

Worse customer service ever they didnt even dispatch my item and when u emailed them they replied “due to numerous messege reply will be delayed” i only sent the one messege!

J'ai acheté cette chemise en coton à 269 € dans la boutique de Saint-Germain. Malheureusement, l'expérience s'est révélée catastrophique.

Dès le premier lavage, le tissu a perdu tout son aspect initial et n'a plus aucune tenue. La finition est plus que négligée : les boutons à quatre trous sont à peine maintenus, et sur l'un d'eux, le fil ne passe même pas dans tous les trous. Le travail de couture est bâclé – le fil n'est pas arrêté correctement et de longs morceaux dépassent de plusieurs centimètres à l'intérieur.

Pour couronner le tout, la chemise est fabriquée en Albanie, et non en Italie comme on pourrait s'y attendre à ce tarif.

Je trouve cela affligeant pour une marque censée représenter un certain savoir-faire. La prochaine fois que je souhaiterai acheter une belle chemise, je me tournerai définitivement vers une autre enseigne.

No entiendo las opiniones en general, todos hablan pésimamente de la mayoría de marcas.

Hoy y al cabo de 2/3 días ya lo he recibido.
Desde Italia que tiene más mérito…
Esta marca y otra italiana el tiempo de demora son de 2 a 4 días .

Tardan mucho más aquí en España que viniendo de Italia. Y todo viene perfecto .

Repito es mi experiencia, y hace más de 2 años que compro online.

In maart heb ik een Emporio Armani joggingpak voor mijn zoon gekocht. Na één keer wassen (volgens de wasvoorschriften) is de rode kleur doorgelopen in het witte gedeelte, waardoor het pak volledig verkleurd is en niet meer draagbaar.

Na contact met de klantenservice kreeg ik te horen dat er geen oplossing geboden kon worden, omdat de aankoop te lang geleden was. Daarbij werd gevraagd om foto’s van het originele pak om te verifiëren dat het wit was en vervolgens werd zelfs gesuggereerd dat ik niet volgens de wasvoorschriften had gewassen. Dat vind ik schaamteloos en respectloos.

De klantenservice was niet oplossingsgericht, toonde geen begrip of coulance, en dit alles staat ver af van wat je mag verwachten van een luxe merk.
Kortom: een dure en teleurstellende ervaring voor ons geen Armani meer.

A giugno ho comprato una collana che, dopo pochi mesi si è rotta. Il gancio di fissaggio è allentato e non Scatta più.
Ho contattato il servizio clienti di Armani e mi hanno rimandato a fossil, la cui risposta è al limite della
barzelletta.
Sostanzialmente mi avvertono che in genere i gioielli non vengono riparati ma sostituiti tuttavia devo a mie spese e sotto la mia responsabilità inviarlo a un centro di raccolta a Torino che poi lo spedirà in Francia ( a quel punto ne avrò perso totalmente le tracce!).
Praticamente ti sconsigliano di procedere 😅 evidenziando i rischi dell’operazione.
Trovo tutto questo espediente te per negare la garanzia veramente oltraggioso.

Experiență proastă, serviciul clienți a fost foarte nepoliticos cu mine. Nu recomand.

This happened after just one day of wearing them, and I was shocked because the sneakers still look almost brand new with no visible signs of wear.

I contacted Armani customer service, provided all the photos and evidence. Unfortunately, they refused to acknowledge the issue, citing that the warranty had expired and that this was supposedly not a manufacturing defect.

So I want to caution other consumers: even if you wear brand-name sneakers carefully and infrequently, you might encounter such unpleasant consequences, and the brand’s support might not help. Please be cautious when choosing footwear and take this experience into account to avoid similar situations."

I was bought Armani code perfume it has to be the worst perfume ever it is worse than the $5.00 Reject perfume I found out iit was $130 dollars my father in law who is NOT RICH purchased for me I cannot even use this putride product as a house deodorant please pass this on I am so angry that a company worth billions would sell such a discusting product I will NEVER BUY ANY Armani products ever again I intend to put this evaluation on every web site I can 😢😢😢

Also bei mir kommt alles nach 2-3 werktagen an. Der support meldet sich spätestens innerhalb 26 stunden, ist ok.
Rückgabe ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und nicht kostenlos wenn man es doch nicht behalten möchte. Aber auch irgendwo verständlich, es sind halt teure sachen.
Zu mir war der support immer freundlich mit einer Lösung.

Der neue produkt grössen finder ist klasse.

horrible customer service i wanted to cancel a order they say they'll get back to you in one business day but i waited 4 days by then the order had shipped already and i had to return it losing the money i had spent on shipping so disappointed

Horrible scammers ! I have ordered 6 items because they were on sale , I receive email that 2 items are not actually in stock , I call them straight to cancel my order and they said they can not cancel as is been shipped , asked them to provide tracking number but they do not have ! I said I did not want the order without the 2 items , MEANWHILE THE 2 ITEMS STILL SHOW THEY ARE IN STOCK , just to make people place orders on their website and then half of the order is not in stock actually , you pay £13 for delivery for only 2-3 shirts ! On the phone , Anastasiia from client service was disgusting , she claimed to give me a free shipping so I can order other items and when she was about to give me the code she acted like “hello ? I can not hear you “ , this happened TWICE over the phone ! What a scam ! There is no refund for the 2 items which are not in stock actually!
