i just order some feom armani my parcel was lost and they don t care to send me a another parcel or a refund very shit stay far away from your orders online

DO NOT BUY!!! I returned an Item over 15 days and they have received the item. The customer service agent that helped me was useless. They stated that they can’t do anything and that I could not speak to a manager about this. Worse customer experience that I’ve had in decades.

Pagato un ordine in data 04/01, ricevuto un parziale in data 09/01.
La merce mancante risulta ogni giorno "in fase di spedizione con la data corrente"
Scritto mail per informazioni, tramite il loro format e non hanno mai risposto.
Ho telefonato e mi hanno detto che semplicemente l'articolo è terminato e che addebiteranno solo la merce consegnata.
Ma se quando l'ho ordinato era disponibile???
Inoltre trattasi di un regalo e scopro solo ora che non arriverà e solo perché ho telefonato io, altrimenti sul sito risulta in preparazione.

Esperienza Pessima nessun supporto per un reso non riescono a generare l'etichetta di reso a tra 5 gg io non potrò più restituire. Volevo fare un cambio taglia su 2 T-sherts pagate 30 euro che attualmente sono tornate a 60 euro. Tutto pessimo non consiglio di fare acquisti online. Nessun supporto.

Ich schließe mich meinen Vorrednern an! Ich kann niemanden empfehlen das man bei Armani bestellt. Unglaublich unpraktisch.

Die Dauer der Versendung hat ungewöhnlich lange - fünf Tage gedauert!!!! Der Kontakt bezüglich der Rücksendung und der Rückerstattung ist nicht vorhanden. Keine Antwort !!!!!Ich habe jetzt bei PayPal einen Fall eröffnet. Niemals hätte ich gedacht, dass ein namhaftes Unternehmen so agiert!!!! Deshalb hatte ich im Vorfeld auch keine Rezession gelesen… Ein Fehler!
Im weiteren Verlauf wurde ich sogar mit gut 5 emails erpresst, dass ich erst bei PayPal den konflikt schließen muss, um mein Geld zu bekommen. Ich habe mit PayPal telefoniert und wurde aufgeklärt, dass ich damit meinen Käuferschutz verliere und das nicht notwendig ist. Absolut unmöglich

I have been trying to return goods since the 19th of Dec . Apparently there is a problem with printing the return label. It’s now 19days and no refund can be actioned down to a label . It feels like a scam to hold people’s money . So far removed from the prestige of the brand . Hugely disappointing. I’ll never buy from them again

Ordine fatto per tempo che doveva essere il regalo di Natale per mio papà. Ho incrociato le dita perché era già successo che nonostante l'ordine fosse stato fatto per tempo, già una volta non arrivò in tempo per Natale. Questa volta addirittura il corriere ha sostenuto di essere passato, cosa non vera perché ero in azienda dalle 7.00 del mattino e non si è visto nessuno. Il servizio clienti Armani di tutta risposta mi dice che il corriere è passato, nonostante io abbia spiegato nel reclamo che non era passato nessuno, mettendo i dettagli delle mie conversazioni con Dhl. Come chicca finale mi mandano un link per riprogrammare la consegna di cui ormai non me ne faccio niente. Ah sí, il link era anche sbagliato. Mi dispiace caro Re Giorgio, ma come marchio blasonato sei messo male a livello di costumer care. Togli l'e-commerce se non hai gente che sa gestirlo. E grazie per aver lasciato mio papà senza regalo di Natale, mille grazie davvero, proprio lui che ha da sempre una grande fiducia per il il vostro marchio, fiducia che avete dimostrato essere mal riposta per la seconda volta. Questo dà fine alle esperienze con voi, considerando anche che la spedizione è stata anche pagata, cosa che, marchi molto meno blasonati non fanno nemmeno pagare...mah!

So finally get a response from Armani, apparently what ever produces return label is broken and they cannot give me a return label. Took them over 3 days to respond to all my emails and now radio silence and still no return label. Actually ruining my Christmas!!! Sick of this company…DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Worst customer service ever. I bought a refillable fragrance. The sprayer had a malfunction, they told me they couldnt send a seperate sprayer and eventually we came to the conclusion I would get a new bottle. I send my bottle of to them (after I emptied an almost full bottle, because of leaking hazard) and got my own bottle back with a different cap than the original. In conclusion, several months of contact resulted me in having an empty bottle with an cheap unoriginal cap on it. They refuse to answer me and resolve the issue as initially promised. Very unprofessional team of I assume young people.
I am nit buying Armani and other brands from L’oreal group anymore, they just care about taking your money and not about the customers satisfaction.

Im Dezember 2023 habe ich eine Jacke von Armani erworben. Leider muss ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass ich mit dem Produkt äußerst unzufrieden bin.

Während der gesamten Tragezeit, die sich lediglich auf 6 Tage beschränkte, habe ich schwerwiegende Mängel festgestellt. Erstens löste sich das Material an verschiedenen Stellen, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass es von minderwertiger Qualität ist und während der Herstellung möglicherweise fehlerhaft verarbeitet wurde. Darüber hinaus fielen beim Tragen ständig Federn aus der Jacke, was nicht nur unangenehm, sondern auch äußerst störend war. Zudem funktionierten die verstellbaren Verschlüsse am unteren Rand der Jacke ungleichmäßig, wodurch die Jacke bei der Einstellung ständig deformiert wurde und einseitig verzogen aussah.

Den gesamten Sommer über hing die Jacke unbenutzt auf einem Bügel, und bis zum Herbst war das Material an vielen Stellen aufgerissen und spröde geworden – ein eindeutiger Hinweis auf mangelhafte Verarbeitung.

Als Kunde bin ich vom Qualitätsstandard dieses Produkts zutiefst enttäuscht und habe bereits eine Beschwerde auf der Website eingereicht. Der Hersteller entschied jedoch, dem Kunden die Schuld zu geben, und zeigte keinerlei professionellen Ansatz bei der Lösung des Problems.

Ich bin nicht nur von der Qualität des Produkts, sondern auch vom Kundenservice der Marke enttäuscht. Es scheint, dass dem Unternehmen kompetente Mitarbeiter fehlen, die in der Lage sind, die Probleme der Kunden angemessen zu behandeln.

Junk cheaply made jewellery.
It will fall apart and you will have wasted big $$$ buying this overpriced crap.
I bought an Emporio Armani necklace and within weeks it just fell apart.
It was so poorly made it wasn't even worth the hassle of attempting to have it repaired.
The Authenticity Guarantee is all a big con too.
This junk comes from Fossil.
The same thing also happened with an Emporio Armani men's bracelet.
The link just broke off and I had to replace it with a link from TEMU!!!
The quality of the Temu link is better quality and that is really saying something.
You are only paying for the brand name and are getting substandard, poorly made rubbish.
