I ordered their oddly inexpensive essential oils, hoping they were maybe a new company trying to get a foothold in the market. I received the oils and of the 3 I got, I opened one of each, and they are fakes. The scents are cloying and very artificial. If there was any doubt, the green tea EO nailed the coffin - no way should a green tea EO smell like perfume. I also tried lavender (which I'm VERY familiar with) and sandalwood - all fake.
I have tried to reach them several times in several different ways and they do not respond. I have filed with BBB at this point and left a Google review. I will update the review w/ the assessment of fake oils once I give them a chance to make things right with a refund.

This is a fake website that claims to be based in California, USA. These people are actually located in Zhuhai, China. They send out chemical solvents and are not to be trusted. The positive reviews are written by these scammers from China. Do not be fooled.

When I received my order (about $200. CAD) I was all excited and began to smell the scents. Some made me gag, others produce the effect of a beginning of a headache. I am used to essential oils, I own more than 100 different ones. I ordered those because I didn't have them. What I receive, for most of them, are not essential oil 100% pure as it is written on the bottles. They may be fragrance oils, synthetic scents, and what else.
I did make a research to learn than most fruits except for citrus fruits cannot effectively produce essential oils, that there is no such thing as apple essential oil, and what about strawberry, blueberry, cantaloup, prunus, mango ones? It doesn't announce anything good for the other oils. Most are not, on the lists of essential oils of AromaWeb. No wonder, I didn't own most of them, like the tulips one. I've learned that some of them produced absolutes, like green tea & carnation, but absolutes are very expensive. Others, like balcal skullcap root produces tincture or extract. I own vetiver, melissa & wormwood essential oils ; the ones I received has not the force of a pure essential oil; it is possibly mixed with a carrier oil I am so disappointed.
Finally, I noticed that the name of the company is not written on the bottles (except 5 on 26) and that the latin names of the oils are not mentioned either as any serious company does.
I received a note from the company asking about my satisfaction!!! I wrote back what is above and asked for a reimbursement. I did not receive an answer.
ONCE AGAIN, DON'T BUY FROM AROMA-EASY!!!

Takes your money, and will not respond to you, or follow up with there promises.

Very untrustworthy company. Once they get your money they care about nothing else. You will have to go to payment company to get your money back because they will ignore you once they have your money.

Strange, I see all of these positive reviews?? I made a small order to check this company out ($50.00), apparently they simply decided they didn't want my business. They acknowledged my initial payment and said my order would ship soon and that's where it ended. I attempted to find out the problem on the site's chat line - nothing. I tried again - nothing. So all I can say is ordering from this site is a crap shoot. I finally had to contact PayPal for a full refund. Bizarre!! Try aromatics international or Rocky mountain oils instead, both very good companies, great customer service and wonderful products.

Your essential oils are truly unique, I simply love them. I only give four stars only because of the long delivery period. If you offer some alternative mode of delivery (courier), I will use that option even if I have to pay for that. Anyway, the products are excellent and I will probably order others in the future.

I have never had a bad customer service experience from Aromaeasy. They give the best possible service a consumer can get. Their warranty service is also great. Love this brand and customer service they provide. Top-notch.
