Fantastic. Ordered two large cavasses 3 days before Christmas. The package arrived before 9am on Christmas eve. Lovely driver. Very carefully packaged, as usual

The order was perfect, well packed and professional service with good delivery. Products were great and kept up to date by the courier when the package was being dispatched. The only complaint I have is around customer service. I emailed to ask why my order had taken three working days to be dispatched and received no response within 48 hours as of yet. I believe this could be a little bit better in my opinion. Even if they reply within 72 hours, personally I would say that is slow.

Feeling really disappointed in this company. After ordering online I then noticed that the product was much cheaper at another shop. The site says they price match and call themselves one of the cheapest art wholesalers, so I submitted a price match request via email. I had a phone call late in the afternoon to say they only price match orders before you place the order. And they only rang and responded to my email enquiry to tell me literally the minute I had the email to say they’d despatched it…convenient!
I have received much better customer service else where and won’t be shopping at artdiscount again

Really happy with my products and experience. Had to contact customer service due to a mistake on my part and they were helpful with sorting it out, replying very quickly with no fuss. Shipping was fast and my order was here within a couple days. Everything I ordered was even better quality than I expected so very pleased! will definitely order from here again :)

didn’t include the free brushes as stated on the website for if you find the product you want cheaper elsewhere but if you call up they do price match which is nice, if not a little inconvenient. good quality products but just a faff with the price match

First time using this company and l wasn’t disappointed. Easy to order and kept updated on my DPD delivery. Great safe packaging and items arrived just as ordered. Will certainly consider using again.

Love the prices and the items are legitimate (for those also sceptical with budget online retailers), and they’re so happy to help if anything goes awry.
-They readily communicated with DPD on my behalf, and corresponded with me via telephone until the issue was resolved.
I’m very pleased.

Also really like their own-brand sketch book/jotters. Not tried much else of theirs tho

My order arrived quickly. I was very pleased with how well it was packed, which is why I am leaving this review - first time I have left a review on here! I had ordered a set of pastel pencils and seen a review for another company where someone complained they weren't properly packaged so when posted through her letterbox they landed with a crash! Which is not what you want to happen with an expensive set of pencils. So I was a little worried. I didn't need to be though - these were very well wrapped up and insulated from any drops and also much cheaper than anywhere else.

I've made my order on 7th Dec and only today (12.10) I have received the confirmation "your order is ready to be shipped". Does it take 5 days to pack 2 brushes, 5 paints and some markers!?? I needed the supplies for a certain time frame, lets see how long will take for DPD to deliver.

I recently bought some wood painting panels (rounds) from Artdiscount.co.uk. I ordered a fairly large quantity and I was over the moon with them.

I have a disability so order everything online these days. I have a lot of things arrive damaged because they are poorly packaged but these were really securely packaged so no problems there at all.

They arrived very quickly 2 days later by DPD.

I've just got around to using them and have found the wood rounds themselves are of excellent quality. Very strong with a solid backing so no chance of warping and a pleasure to paint on.

If you are looking for good priced, solid wooden panels for acrylic painting, I would highly recommend buying from this company.

Arrived fine.nicely packaged, with free gift and good value. Website is a bit ropey, kept appending 77 to my email address (and no stuck keys) and conveniently selected an expensive express delivery which was anything but.

I ordered from art discount and unfortunately, dpd messed up the delivery days, expected it Monday arrived Saturday early delivery a little too quick, I needed the supplies for a certain time frame, and dpd sent my parcel back to,
Art discount before I had chance to collect or change delivery day… however the customer service at art discount were phenomenal with my problem, quickly and efficiently resolved the issue, will try again in future, when needed… thankyou for the support.

Avoid this company at all costs, little regard for their customers and no support from the office manager when you try and contact them to resolve issues. Much better service at Artway or Allcraft.

Ordered some paintbrushes as a Christmas present for a family member. Delivery was fast, no issues at all.

The goods are very well packaged very neatly packed in cardboard. They generally group them together so very handy for storage.
