When I have a critical photo or shots that require perfect printing, ArtisianHD is the only service I use. I am located in Houston, TX, while ArtisianHD is in Arizona; the distance is not an issue. The product is what matters, and ArtisianHD delivers every time, period.

Hi Sharon, we've also sent you an email, but wanted you to know that your refund is on the way. We have not offered free shipping since before the pandemic; however, we now understand how the order screen, as it was, caused some confusion. It does show $0.00 for shipping UNTIL your shipping address is entered so the system can calculate the exact shipping cost to your location. It will then show accurate shipping fees at the final checkout screen. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and our tech team has since made updates to the ordering page so this is more clear to our customers. We hope you'll give us another try in the future.

Great customer service and top-notch finished product. Stephanie was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project, very responsive and did so in a timely fashion, and she was very helpful in making sure the project was shipped tiptop.

Haven’t received the artwork yet and…
Thank you for resolving the issue so quickly. I incorrectly blamed Artisanhd when I failed to get the artwork while it was FedEx that lost my artwork. Thank you again for immediately taking care of this problem as soon as you were made aware of it. Superb customer service!!!!!!!

We've been in touch with you and will be immediately replacing the prints with 2-day shipping service so you will receive them quickly. I was able to speak to a representative about different types of media and the processes. I ordered a canvas and aluminum brushed metal artwork and am very happy with the end products. The order was securely packaged and delivery was on schedule.
