Terrible experience at this store
Terrible experience at this store. Despite their claim to be--"putting ourselves in our customers' shoes, we treat everyone as if they were a family member"--our experience was quite the opposite.
We encountered not one but multiple issues:
1-Order mishandling: Our order was placed and then mistakenly canceled without any notice. We only discovered the issue after the estimated delivery date had passed. When we called, they admitted the error and reordered the tiles with a new ETA.
2-Repeated delays: The new ETA was also missed, forcing yet another delay. These setbacks put our entire remodeling project on hold.
3-Quality issues: When the ceramic tiles finally arrived, they were inconsistent, with uneven grout lines. Our tile expert had never seen this.
To make matters worse, when we reached out to the store manager, instead of addressing our concerns directly, he deflected the issue to our General Contractor--completely disregarding the fact that we are the customer, not the GC. He did not offer any compensation for the inconvenience created and instead of "deliver(ing) exceptional value and satisfaction to (our) clients, making every project a success" they delivered exceptional dissatisfaction !
Sad experience, we hope you will have a better one or go to another store.
