Great guidance on steps to follow to print my oversized print in the right specs. Also very helpful to ‘extra-pack’ my frame upon request to make sure it made it home safely. Highly recommend!

Everything went great. Ordering was easy. Product looks great. The only complaint was the shipping cost. I know that shipping can be expensive in Canada but a package from Toronto to London should not be $55. I own a small business and we have many customers in London and average cost of shipping is $15 through Canada Post. Maybe review your shipping options if $55 is what FedEx charges.

The customer service is top-notch, from navigating my needs to timely assistance with turning the picture into an acceptable file before I could place an order on the website. From my experience, I definitely recommend doing business with them. My girlfriend loved the product as well. I will give them a rating of 10/10 because, why not?
