I have to say the support guys are GREAT any time of the day or night just start a chat with them from the website and they can walk you through just about anything. my brother and I were playing a terraria modded server and they walked me through the entire process and were just fantastic. the patience they had with me was also astounding lol all in all had a blast and will def resubscribe to their services for my next server.

AscendServers has been great so far. The setup was quick and the server runs smoothly. Support is fast and helpful. Highly recommend fo9r anyone needing game server hosting!

their "money back guarantee" is them giving you credits to your account, the server panel is terrible and confusing (i have setup many servers before) it also doesnt work half the time, server down for no reason, terrible lag, waste of time and money just dont even bother

Esme was a great help, walked me through every step, and even fixed the issue on his own!

A lot of people gave bad stars for the hosting service but imo its 10/10 staff is great, servers are great and affordable

Paid extra for a 16 slot server that would lag to the point of being unplayable when a SECOND PERSON joined. Literally couldn't handle 2 people on their 16 slot server, asked for a PRORATED refund (not even all of what i paid) and they refused.

Someone needs to investigate them. There is literally 0 support and services they promise to deliver simply don't work. Then good luck trying to get a refund, they will defer as long as necessary to say, sorry... 3 days elapsed. Best we can do is credit. I've been with about 5 providers to date, and this one has been absolutely the worst and I don't even have anything to compare it to. It's a separate category of hot garbage that nothing else fits into. Borderline criminal and shameful. Steer away at all cost.

horrible choppy servers and they refuse to give me a refund this is the worst rip off of a company every do not use!!!

Terrible service. Ordered a Conan server from them, the server had 0% uptime, it was popping errors the instant they passed over access. Tried on my own to update and reinstall the game, nothing. Immediately contacted support and opened a ticket, no response for 3 days. Cancelled the server to find out their unconditional money back guaranteed actually means they refund you in store credit.

Got my Ark server from them and since I wanted to have a clustered set-up, I was informed that I had to buy another server. I was scared at first that I might screw it up but their tech team was very accommodating and helped me through out the entire process. Thanks to Nathan and Ron for all the help!

They treated me very well, I was completely satisfied. The one who helped me is called Dwight with my Valheim server and I was very satisfied. In addition to helping me with my problem and solving it, his understanding and help were 10/10, he is someone excellent. I am glad to know that Ascend Servers has people like this once more 10/10 the attention, once again his name is Dwight. Give this guy a raise!

Scam. Created two separate tickets for technical support, both were closed with zero responses.

Had to chargeback my card to get a refund for goods not delivered because it was the only way to get my money back.

No response on tickets after few weeks, 100% refund is a lie as they don't even respond to any of your tickets. Servers down consistently. Hands down the worst company I have ever paid for services. Not sure where did all these 5 star reviews come from. Should be from their own staff.

Migrated our server from the other host to ascend and it was a good decision! Very satisfied with their service here!

This server host deserves more recognition about their services and the support. I think they are doing their best to satisfy their customers and I'm glad I went to them after comparing all the sites I found. lol Good find.

At first I just want to try to rent a server and see how it goes after one month. I did not expect that I will continue renting for almost a year now on this hosting provider because most of the game servers I rented on before did not meet my expectations.
Superb servers. I lurvvvvvvvvvv ittt.
