Quality product, excellent customer service
Once delivered in full, it is a very sturdy and high quality unit, we’re very happy with it. It was relatively easy to put together between 2 people. We did have an issue with some key parts arriving damaged and the delay was quite long, but our issues were dealt with superbly by Zarah Jallani, she provided excellent customer service throughout.

Big enough for a GSA
Shed delivered, and installed, this morning. They arrived when the said they would, and installed my shed, where I wanted it, in no time at all.
I’m very impressed with the quality and finish.
It’s not big, but then again it’s big enough for my bike.

Sound bike shed but capacity maybe more of a 3 than a 4!
We have the 7 x 4 bike shed, received in 2023. It feels sturdy and looks smart, and functions as it did on day 1. It currently houses two adult bikes a kid's bike and a kid's scooter. I think you *could* get 4 adult bikes in there but it would be a squeeze!

Very expensive keys
The key renewal service was quick and efficient but the product extremely expensive for a key - especially for multiple copies for different club users. It is a good, secure lock but on the one occasion in the past when we were broken into, the thieves bypassed the lock and just jemmied the door open. The steel door folded like cardboard.

Thanks for the feedback and I agree, they are super expensive! I think I have explained it in a previous review, we do these at cost to all of our customers. They are security keys and require special equipment to cut (if you go to a key cutting service, they come to us anyway but charge even more). Because of the speciality of the material and style, they are super expensive. If you get a suite of keys, they are a little cheaper overall. Genuinely, we can do nothing about the price, I can’t recall the exact maths, but we charge the customer the same as we are charged plus VAT and postage. I think for 5 years or so we sold them at a loss, as didn’t add in the ever-increasing postage cost.
I hope that explains why they are (and I agree) so expensive. We have tried every key cutting place we can find to get them cheaper.
Re a break-in, a door folding like cardboard doesn’t sound right, the doors are stiffened and welded. We can never say no one will ever get in, a bit like when I was burgled, a £2000 front door was smashed in with enough force, but the entire street heard… (they did nothing on this occasion… but that’s another story!) and that’s what we go for. Noise, inconvenience, making entry as hard as possible. Here is a video of the insurance guys testing our approved unit. He didn’t get in,

Order not delivered & no explanation as…
Update on order- the wooden base has now been delivered today & I can now use the bike store as required - it has been an ordeal to get to this point but I’m am happy with the product & the quality so far is good. ( the delivery process & communications have been the overall issue - not the products themselves) customer services have refunded me as a goodwill gesture for the issues experienced & I now consider the matter resolved.
Wooden base ordered July 10th - delivered August 3rd (scheduled delivery was Monday 27th July) bike store was delivered and installed July 18th. So just waited on wood floor base.
Wood base - Order not delivered on 27th & no contact or explanation as to why -had chased this on phone next day & no-one was able to explain why the delivery had failed or seem to be aware that the delivery had not taken place - then a day after the scheduled delivery, I get a text on evening of 28th to say it’s delivered - this was reportedly a text error & the wood base had been returned damaged back to the depot - lack of communication from Driver / Asgard escalated the issue as I did not know what was going on.

Update 29/7/26:
Hi,
We've looked into this and can see the flooring was delivered as planned. Our driver dropped it off and took a proof of delivery photo as normal, which automatically sends a delivery notification to head office.
After taking the photo, he noticed the flooring was damaged, so he brought it back rather than leaving a damaged product with you. He also advised that he left a voicemail message.
Sorry for the inconvenience. We've now resent the flooring via UPS and have issued a full refund.

Great value and superb quality motorcycle shed
Everything from order to delivery was bang on. The delivery guys were ultra careful when laying out all the panels. Paper instructions could be a bit clearer particularly regarding adding the silicone but the videos were superb. If fitting yourself make sure you have a good power screwdriver as there are a lot of screws. Build quality is superb.

Good product. Awful communication
The product is good and I found it easy to put together, mostly doing this singlehanded.
Unfortunately the communication for the organisation is atrocious, they don’t seem to communicate with one another and when there’s a problem you just get ignored. I requested my issue be escalated on multiple occasions but this stopped short of any timely resolution.
I got my unit eventually, I just think the customer service I received was poor for the amount I paid for the unit.

Purchased some extra shelves for my…
Purchased some extra shelves for my Asgard Garrison Motorbike shed, and although the quality is great, fitting snugly into the shed is a big let down.
Gaps to one end should not be there, but it looks like a standard size fits all, or doesn't fit all.
They are not cheap at £90.00 for two, so you would expect them to fit, wouldn't you?

Thanks for the feedback, and you're actually pretty close with your theory! The Gladiator range is built as a modular shed system, so larger sizes are created by adding extension sections onto the original unit. Because those extensions need to lock into the main shed, they slightly reduce the available internal length.
Originally, we made different shelf sizes to suit each section exactly, but managing shelves that were almost identical, with only a small size difference, proved very difficult from a manufacturing and stock-control perspective. To simplify things, we standardised the shelf sizes across the range. The trade-off is that on longer sheds you may notice a small gap between shelves where the extension panels join, but it makes production and quality control much more reliable. The gap is minimal, but yes spot on, you are correct.

Was really disappointed to be honest. Actual bike storage container is good quality but was described as storage for 3-4 bikes when it actually barely fits two at a squeeze - and is problematic to get them in and out without damage. When I contacted Customer Service they suggested it was my fault for not taking notice of the measurements. I would suggest Asgard should be more careful with there descriptions. They wouldn't accept a return for a full refund. Very disappointing.

Thanks for the feedback. We have had 3 or 4 of this type of review over the last 10 years, and they are really difficult to respond to without sounding awful on our part. But yes, our Customer Services guys are correct; the capacity of the unit is dictated by the size of the bikes. We have customers who get 5 or 6 bikes in their unit. I have 4 in my own and maintenance stands, track pumps, etc. There is a Dimensions tab on each product page, including the unit size, illustration of capacity, and recommended base sizes. We also make reference to our unit sizes in the product descriptions. Not much help, I know, but I have to respond to reviews. Thanks Andy

What can I say, what a product, strong,went together easy will last a long time. I’m also looking to buy a bigger shed when they have a deal on. You won’t be disappointed, don’t go thinking it’s like the metal sheds that other outlets sell it far superior.

Secure shed long delivery time
The shed took eight weeks to arrive which was a bit of a shock so check lead times when ordered.
It’s well made and easily put together.
It’s very noisy as the panels wobble when moved. I’ve insulated the roof and put floor mats down and now full has improved this to some degree.
The two front panels had different references to the instructions and theses have some brackets to secure shelves I presume. Generally it was hard to rack out and I had no option but to use self tapping screws where the panels join. Same for a roof light there’s nothing to secure anything took.
A door hook would have been a nice feature.
Overall very secure.
The instructions also say not to position within one meter of a hedge or wall but that’s quite impractical.

The recommended 1m clearance from a hedge or wall is really just that, a recommendation, and we appreciate that it isn't always possible. There is a good reason for it, though!
I've been around Asgard for quite a while and have had most of our sheds in my own garden at one point or another. Metal sheds can sometimes suffer from condensation, which is why we added vents. They work really well, but it's about airflow, not just holes in the panels.
If there isn't much space around the shed, air can't circulate as effectively through the vents. In some cases, if the shed is positioned directly against a hedge, early morning moisture can actually transfer from the plants into the shed through the vents, which can lead to damp conditions.
That said, it doesn't always happen. My own Trojan shed is surrounded by laurels and stays dry all year round. The 1m recommendation is simply a precaution where space allows.
As for the noise, yes, if you kick a metal panel it will make a noise! In many ways that's a useful security feature because if someone starts knocking the shed around, you're likely to hear it. Once the shed is filled with tools and equipment, the internal noise is naturally dampened. Insulation is also a great option, and it's something I've added to my own shed.
When it comes to adding racking, if you're not using one of our shelving packs, I'd always recommend picking up some of our eyelets and a couple of bungee cords. You can securely strap items to the shed walls for very little cost. It's exactly what I've done at home, and every time I buy a new tool I can easily rearrange things to make the best use of the space.

I didnt feel like I line fell into black hole great response time.

Generally good customer service, Helpful agent. The system a bit strange, in that the person answering the call cannot take phone orders and you have to go back through the website.

Great shed with minor quality issue.
Product was delivered ahead of time & is of excellent quality. Assembly instructions could be improved. Door hinge machine screws could be more substantial.
One roof lid hinges was received unpainted & was missed entirely during production. Unfortunately this unpainted surface will now be exposed to the elements & early corrosion.
Otherwise I am extremely happy with the shed.
