Thanks for the feedback, Leadtime is 6 / 7weeks at this moment in time. This is unavoidable, sadly, despite our investment this year in delivery vehicles, our products are so popular (and made individually to order and delivered only by us) that demand is huge. Regarding the China lead time, yes, all sorts of products can be sourced from China. There are plenty of lookalike Asgard sheds out there. I know some British manufacturers buy their sheds in bulk from China and assemble them here in Britain.
Simply put, we make everything here and buy UK-sourced items (apart from our lights), which works in our favour in terms of quality, durability, and consistent supply. We have recently picked up a large contract based on our supply chain. The contract in question was buying product from overseas (via a UK manufacturer), all of which got stuck, and then caused all sorts of supply issues – current figures from our own freight contacts show sea freight checks from China at 45 days on arrival to UK ports. So, 18 days for a large product like an Asgard shed is excellent. Smaller tech goods are much quicker, though.
Generally speaking, our delivery times always come down as the season gets going, though.

Really good product
Really good product. Very good quality and build, instructions were ok. Had an issue with a lock after 6 months but the customer service were excellent and helped me resolve this issue. Would recommend.

Update 8/5/26
We have checked our order system and emails - The order confirmation was sent and on 20 April, it looks as though you then changed the model and colour of the unit on a few days later so the original order is cancelled and a new order created on our system. An amended order confirmation was sent then.
The way our system works is that once we receive an order, we process within 24hrs (working days) and put the order into our production and delivery schedules, if an order is changed (which is really not a problem) the order is then reinput into our system, so the original delivery slot is reassigned and a new slot is assigned to what is essentially a new order to our system.
But don't worry, the new order is on our system, so there are no issues.
The Delivery team will be in contact a little closer to the stated estimated delivery date, which is early June - Thanks

Hi - I've checked your order via your email and all is well our end, I'll send you a screen shot to your email. Our order conformations are sent out automatically, sadly its the usual disclaimer... check spam and junk, just in case. I can see the conformation left us, but may well be stuck somewhere. We are off for the Bank Holiday but I'll ask Customer Services to double check our system for you, and drop you a line. Thanks Andy
All in all a good experience
All in all a good experience. Some parts were bent in places but not too much trouble to remedy. There was a panel missing too but that was soon rectified. The main difficulty was that both the end roof panel's inner corner joints had to be filed to get them to sit into place on the side/end upright panels correctly so the screw holes lined up. Again, not a huge problem but a bit niggling tbh. But I do now have what looks to be a very secure shed that does exactly the job I want it to.

Great service…
So we had these lovely ivory bike sheds by Asgard. One day some thieves vandalised them but couldn’t actually get into them. They instead ripped off the handles and rendered them unusable. I called Zarah at customer services and she sorted them out for me with their fitters. She was absolutely brilliant and always took my calls. She sent two lovely fitters Tony and Jack who did their best to ensure the doors didn’t have to be replaced. Bravo guys and thank you!

Great quality product. Well worth the price. Far more solid, secure and weather proof than my previous timber bike store. Construction straight forward enough. Deliver driver really friendly and unloaded to back garden so I could store securely for a few days before building.

Yes I can understand the frustration, occasionally this does happen. Asgard is a key storage provider for the major holiday parks across the Country. As such, we are under contract to many and unable to supply storage directly to private individuals on Caravan parks, all orders need to be placed through the park in question. Despite what many people think, this is not for the parks to cash in on, it’s more of a logistics thing. Parks can’t really have concrete bases being put down during peak holiday season or the Asgard team rocking up in an 18-wheel truck every couple of weeks to build a shed. Also, many parks have a look or colour scheme or restrictions on the height of storage. All these factors which prevent us delivering to many parks directly. By no means is this every holiday park, just those under contract.. So, the individual Parks will control how and when we deliver and which units and what colours, ultimately to make sure the park looks great and everyone is safe.
Just ask the Park reception or facilities people if we have an agreement with them, if we do, they can take it from there.

Our shed 5ft x 11ft was delivered and…
Our shed 5ft x 11ft was delivered and erected on Friday 17th April 2026. The men arrived promptly at around 8.15am after a lengthy journey. They erected the shed quite quickly and were extremely amenable. We are absolutely delighted with the product and the two men who visited us. I have today placed an order for a magnetic led light fixture. I would absolutely recommend this Company as our experience was excellent. We may in the future require another smaller garden shed and if so we will purchase from yourselves.

Quality product, quality service, quality people
I recently ordered two sheds from Asgard. I ordered some accessories and Zarah from the CS team contacted me to advise that I had ordered incorrectly and corrected the order accordingly. Zarah also quickly resolved a missing part of the order.
The customer service I have received is outstanding and matched the quality of the product. It will not be long before I replace another shed and it will definitely be from Asgard.

Really exceptional customer service
After I placed my order, I discovered that there was a problem - at my end, not theirs. I explained my issue to Kelly, and subsequently to Helen, and between them they worked with me to resolve my problem. Helen in particular went more than the extra mile, to respond to my difficulty.
Good customer service often seems to be the exception rather than the rule. But customer service with this level of attention and consideration is rare indeed. Congratulations to these two - and, thanks!
