I have to admit, the poor reviews for Ash & Erie surprise me! I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. The clothes are good quality (albeit a bit pricey), and customer service is top-notch. Some of the sizes can be inconsistent, but returns and exchanges are free and painless.

I am so glad that I found Ash & Erie via The Modest Man Blog. It's so nice to buy clothes that don't need to altered before I can wear them.

I bought some joggers that were paper thin. The company has no working phone number, and their email responses take days. It too me a month after returning the items to get a refund. Don’t waste your time.

We ordered during their BIG sale right after Thanksgiving 2022. The shirts I liked for my husband were on sale- $66 each with free shipping. So I bought 5. When they arrived I realized he bought 2 of the shirts previously. So, we wanted to return 2. They have no working phone number, even tho a number is listed on site. Email to Customer Service takes them literally days to respond. How can you run a business with no phone number? On the website in lieu of returning item, they offer to give you $6+ if you chose to select another shirt. Problem is...after you chose that option and you go to shop. The site is picked out and there is nothing available to choose. Can't get customer service to respond, emails go unanswered. I feel ripped off.

Not worth the money! I ordered 3 t-shirts for my husband at a whopping $100! I figured I'd splurge as he has a problem finding a fit that isn't too long in the torso. When I received them, one shirt had a hole it in, so I exchanged. It took a few days (and me checking on it) to even get a reply on the status of the order. These t-shirts shrunk so much the are now unwearable. Complete waste of $$.

Very poor quality clothes. I bought a shirt and a pair of jeans. They were very expensive. The clothes looked and felt like I bought them at a Walmart clearance sale. I’ll never buy from them again.

Being that I am 5'9" or so, I often found shirts to be too long on my torso. I gave several options like length hem and just not happy with the results.

I came across Ash & Erie and loved some of the variety of shirts from henleys to v-necks and t-shirts and dress shirts.

I went ahead and splurged on a few based on the sizing quiz and went with Large. I am generally in the body grouping that some mediums can be tight and larges can make it look like I am swimming in cotton.

After receiving a few different types of shirts I found the quality sub-par for the high prices. I had returned several that fit odd, again, based on the sizing recommendations. One type of shirt fit fine and then another I would be swimming in it, or the cut or length to be oddly inconsistent. I have not found consistency through any of these and find the quality control lacking.

Although I am happy with the purchases I kept, its a very hit-or-miss situation with guessing on some sizes and waiting to get them by mail and then finding they do not fit the way I like.

So, let me start out by saying that I absolutely LOVE the Hybrid joggers that I purchased. I have tried on so many pairs of joggers and cannot get them to fit correctly without having to roll the waist down, my new Ash and Erie's for PERFECT!!! I would love to give them a five star review but the only downside is they are basically only allowing me to purchase one pair of the hybrid joggers which I feel like is limiting their gross profit. Now what I mean by that is there are only two colors available and I don't need four pair of black joggers and I'm not a real fan of the charcoal ones for me personally. If there was an option for olive, navy, light grey and a tan I would by every one of those colors. I want to wear your clothes but I've gotta wear something besides black haha. So, I must say that I have found the perfect fit for a jogger but sooooo disappointed that my color options are really limited. I have told several people about the company and joggers but they say they want something besides black because that's what they already have. Come out with some more colors and I'm all in.

I had a recent purchase of a few items and am very disappointed in the quality of the clothing. The joggers were quite thin and were poorly made. Being 5'9" I was happy to see someone come out with a line of clothing for Men like me but unfortunately this was a big disappointment in quality.

After spending time with the online chat person to discern the type of fabric for their face masks, I was extremely disappointed by what I finally received in the mail. What is described as a silver ion antibacterial fabric is really just a very heavy cotton type fabric which is unbreathable. The implication of a high tech type fabric is not at all what was received.
And even though the description is poor, customer service will not budge as far as any type of compensation so please save your hard earned dollars and skip this poorly designed product that seems to just have wanted to jump on the pandemic bandwagon.
