Buying my first house with the help and assistance of Zulfiqar and KZ team was the smoothest thing and great experience I have ever had.

I had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Affinity Seven Law in a commercial contract dispute would give zero star.

In my view, the solicitor handling my case demonstrated a serious lack of competence. Critical errors, including filing in the wrong Court and failing to address my concerns, that caused delays of around 2.5-3 years and additional legal costs of approximately £23,000 to review and resubmit the case.

Mr Ghafar Khan, Director of the firm, acknowledged these errors. However, the firm failed to take meaningful responsibility, properly resolve my concerns, or compensate for the financial damage caused. As a direct result, the Central London County Court ordered me to pay the Defendant’s costs arising from these errors made by Affinity Seven Law.

After nearly six years of litigation, I was left facing significant financial losses for issues not of my making. When I asked the firm to cover these Costs as ordered by the Court, they refused to engage, forcing me to take legal action against them to recover my losses.

This experience caused years of stress, financial hardship, and unnecessary litigation. I would strongly advise extreme caution before instructing this firm.

I would not recommend Affinity Seven Law under any circumstances.

Do not take up any service with this firm. Previously reported to legal ombudsman and SRA - they were required to pay out compensation, they tell lies and behave unethically, they breached professional standards on every level. Extremely surprised that they are still in business. Refere to other websites and see the awful reviews

I was the seller in a property transaction where Affinity Seven acted for the buyer, with LUKE as the solicitor handling the matter.

The process extended over several months, during which communication was consistently poor and progress was notably slow. Despite repeated chasing, updates were limited and there appeared to be little sense of urgency at any stage.

The transaction ultimately fell through, with the buyer withdrawing after months of delay, leaving me thousands out of pocket.

From a seller’s perspective, the matter did not feel efficiently managed at any point.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm and would suggest others proceed with caution.
