I approached this company together with four others to undertake a boiler replacement, replacement of some controls and other small repairs to the existing radiator system and flushing both the radiators and a separate underfloor system. The owner Lee came to the initial site consultation prior to a written estimate . He struck me as the most knowledgeable of those who attended and his estimate was clear and fairly priced.
His colleague Josh came to fit the new boiler, a Worcester Bosch, and carried out all the work diligently and efficiently. The Company ensured I received a 10 year parts and labour warranty and checked their work a few weeks following the installation.
I have no hesitation in recommending them for their professionalism. Exceptional.

The Engineer is very thorough, also amicable in his personality, Never any mess. The company always keeps me updated once a date is agreed and sends a reminder the day before. Their prices appear to be fair and I would recommend them.

Mark turned up as booked but was unable to fix the part as they would have to order it ,but as I told mark it was still under warranty he said it was best to get them to fix it ,but they could still get the part if they wouldn’t fix it under the warranty

Very pleased with the work. Radiators were blocked after 30 years. Josh carried out the work very thoroughly, with no mess. The system now working to full potential with the new boiler installed also by Assured Heating. I can thoroughly recommend this company.
