Always pleased with the service from…
Always pleased with the service from Assured Heating. Today they were able to respond by return of phone call and as usual managed to sort out the issue, with a promise to come back if there's any more problems.

Super service
As usual, super service, Mark phoned and changed the time to do the service which suited us perfectly.
The work was carried out as booked, Mark was as usual friendly and efficient. Very pleased.

Very friendly and great job
Dwayne was exceptionally friendly and did a great job. He explained what he was doing as he went along which was great. He called before arrival to confirm that someone was home and completed the job quickly and tidily. Would certainly recommend to others and will definitely use again in the future

Assured Heating Essex ve useating Essex for…
We have used Assured Heating Essex for a few years now. Our annual boiler service took place today. This company is very reliable, efficient and fairly priced. The engineers are punctual and friendly and provide a good service. The admin and customer service is good. I am happy to recommend them.

Excellent Service!
We have used Assured Heating Essex for several years now and always had excellent service. AHE confirms the appointment the evening before, the engineer advises their name and time of arrival when they finish the previous job so you know eactly where you are. The engineers have always been extremely courteous as well as fully technically competent. Would recommend without hesitation.

Valve replacement
I thought three port motorised valve had failed. Richard, the engineer, turned up on time. Very pleasant. Confirmed my diagnosis and replaced valve. Advised on one or two other matters. All working fine now. Good communications throughout.
